@speedmark, kelan mo natapos yung Bachelor degree mo, study ba muna bgo work. Depende kasi yan sa met date after met date, pag section 2 school 4yrs. work exp. deduction usually pero discretion na rin yan ng CO mo based on the documents you have submitted. Hanap kpa rin ng SS sa July 1 na meron yung nominated job mo sa ngayon kc yung ibang SS status limited or moderate priority na ang mga nominated jobs at normally by July pa halos lahat mg open. September pa nman yung antay mong 3yrs. ka cguro by the time ka magpa assess. Tsaka yun mga SS magkakaiba rin ng guidelines minsan walang required na lenght of work exp.

Sa mga nagpa assessed na. Do we have to send via post our certified true copies of documents just like few years ago or does ACS no longer required it? Online pdf.file na lang ba nagbi base sa documents ang ACS ? Thanks in advance!

@heyits7me_mags Thanks for the reply.. I graduated yr 2006.. Then worked at accenture for the 1st two years pero not IT related.. Sept 2008 when I started working in the IT industry, bali 6 years IT related work experience ko by September.. Most probably pa assess na lang cgro ako September nxt year para 7 yrs work exp.. Para kahit 4 years ma deduct may 3 years na matira para pwede mag apply for SS victoria.. Maitanong ko na rin po may bearing po ba pag ITIL certified? Thanks again

Hindi listed ang ITIL sa ACS pero pass mo rin baka lang may bearing. To all...next skill select round pala sa April 28. May message ang DIBP sa fb. Sino ang nag apply nG EOI?

@speedmark bro sinali ko din yung ITIL cert ko sa acs assessment pero ung cisco certs lang and na assess.

i suggest dont waste your time.. magpa-assess ka na ngaun..

once lumabas na ang result (few months from now) and you are still working for the same company.. you can then still claim work points.. you just need to get an updated COE and present that for your SS and EOI application...

@lock_code2004 thanks for that suggestion bro. Let's say nagpa-assess na ko.. So next year I can just simply add 1 year work experience sa EOI? Hindi na ba required i-update ito sa ACS? I thought yung pwede lang i-claim work experience sa EOI is ung based sa ACS.. pasensya na po, newbie lang ako.. Thanks so much.

yes thats correct.. assuming you will not change company or change your job role/title/description.. at nakasama na ung role na un sa initial assessment, then you can claim that..

the EOI point system for work experience is based on the date of EOI invitation...

so ang effective points will be based on the date na nainvite ka...

so kung continuous ang employment mo, you can get/claim that...

So need po ba magpare-assess if after initial assessment nag change ka ng company and may additional year/month na pwedeng i-consider to claim additional points for your EOI?

@aanover kung insignificant nman ang mgging effect ng bagong company sa number of years mo to claim points, no need na cguro....

Hi Guys,

Eto scenario ko sa EOI:

nominated occupation from previous company is 4months (pero working ako dun ng more than a year - 2008-2009)

nominated occupation from current company is 3.5yrs

both na declare ko sa EOI but 3yrs lang ang point.

For the visa application I'm planning to declare yung current work ko lang ang nominated occupation since pasok naman na sa 3yrs experience.

Ok lang ba yon? na ung 4mos from previous company is hindi ko na ideclare.

reason ko is hindi ko ka makita ung payslips ko for that 4mos and ITR for that year. para less hassle na rin na yung current job ko na lang ako kukuha ng mga requirements.

Is this possible that not all work experience will be stated in the letter, regardless if it is suitable or not?
Is it advisable to lodge a "Review" to ACS with an updated Reference Letter? Since I was under an agency but solely assigned to Company ABC. So, I plan to have this Agency X Reference letter counter signed by Company ABC and make sure duties and responsibilities are stated completely and correctly.
Notice that they have deducted 4 years on my second employment, while I am very sure that my work experience and as stated in the COmpany Reference Letter is closely related to the nominated occupation. Can anyone advise if this is subject for Review/Appeal?

Dates: 10/08 - 09/13 (4yrs 11mths)

By the way, I am working with a MARA for this one and I am not quite happy and he is not helping me at all.

Appreciate any inputs before my time for Review or Appeal expires on April 14. 🙁

Aha! I found out that my experience from 2004 - 2008 was not submitted to ACS by my agent. This is why this emploment was not even mentioned in the Result letter from ACS.

So, I decided to end the appointment of my agent and submit the Review to ACS by myself. Got the review result today and I am so happy with the result. Kahit na they deducted 4 years sa work experience, I can still claim 10 points kasi abot ako ng 5 years. Thanks to this forum. 🙂

Now, I am about to submit EOI and thought of checking some items:

Company A

Dates: 07/04 - 10/08 (4yrs 3 mths)

Company B

Sa EOI ko, both Company ilalagay ko diba, but si Company A ang start date should be July 2008 since yun ang Met Date ko? And no need to put the dates prior the Met Date?
