I'm a newbie in this forum. Ask lng po ako kung ano pa ang kulang na docs para makapa assess sa ACS. What i have here are:

Certified True Copy of College Diploma
Certified True Copy of College Transcript of Records
Certificate of Employment

@rtbuquia 4. ctc scanned copy ng passport picture page po.. yung coe din po need na naka-ctc..

question lang, gaano ka detailed ang detailed. haha. Baka pwedeng may magpost ng sample ng employment reference dito... ang hirap mag back read 200+ pages na hihi.. Anyway, my detailed employment reference na ako, but i don't know if it's detailed enough for ACS or baka considered as generic siya. I hope someone can help 🙂

@J_Oz, macoconsider lang naman na generic kung walang nakalagay na job duties/responsibilities, tulad ng madalas na ini-issue ng mga companies like Accenture etc.

How detailed? Ilagay yung mismong activities na nakaattach sa role mo.

To give you an example:

<i>Translates the business requirement into technical design specific to ABC system</i>

I hope this is enough to give you an idea. 🙂

@altuser41 ah ok. Yong akin may job descriptions/responsibilities naman pero hindi ganun kadetailed na nakaspecify pa ang project kasi alam ko hindi pwede yun. Thanks. Naliwanagan na ako. Im still waiting for my school docs nagrequest kasi ako ng duplicate kasi unfortunately nasira ung mga dati. Hehe

Detailed or specific yung job function not necessarily kung anong project sha. 🙂

@rtbuquia Make sure that yung ina-aplayan mo nag mamatch sa job description mo sa affidavit. These are the requirements : all CTC

passport or birth certificate
Diploma
Transcript of records
Cert. Of employment
Affidavit if the company can't release COE with Job descriptions

This is optional but we submitted these to ACS

Payslip
Employment Contract
ITR
And letter from HR if they can't issue COE with job responsibilities (current employmemt)

ALL SHALL BE CERTIFIED TRUE COPY

@heyits7me_mags -- wala pa po. kulang pa ko ielts. This November ako mag take. pero ok na lahat ng docu ko. kung maka kuha ng band7 sa ielts, then EOI na.

Lessons learned talaga. Aside sa pag tatanong, mainam din yung magbasa basa. Kasi minsan, kahit same kau ng inaapplayan na ANZCO , then magkaiba pala kau ng bachelor, iba yung process mo, iba yung sa kanya. Then, minsan din, yung applicable nung nag apply sya, eh di na pala applicable now kasi nagbago ng rules. So need talaga updated ka din sa immigration policies nila. Oh well, ielts na lang and then waiting time na...hihihihi

Comment lang po, yung mga COE na walang job description, pwede mag produce ng Statutory declaration signed by your superior. printed sa company letterhead with address.

dapat yung JD mo match sa inaaplayan mong ANZCO code.

then papa notarized mo sya. yung original mismo yung susubmit mo.

Takenote din po, mas advisable na iscan mo sya as colored. like sa VETASSESS, requirement nila is colored scan.

As expected, 2 years of experience was not counted to satisfy the criteria. End up with 6 years and 8 months experience.

1 experience was deemed not suitable due to lack of supporting documents. I submitted a statutory declaration from a colleague, the original COE i got from the company and my first and last payslips. Good thing I only stayed in that company for 6 months. </blockquote>

Question po, ung stat dec ba is inline sa nominated occupation? May request ba sila for additional documents? senxa na, gusto ko lang maintindihan kun auto refusal na lang ba sila or result agad agad pag di sila satisfied sa documents. Unlike dati na nagrerequest pa sila ng additional documents.

Yung year 2000 pwede iassess kun yan ung emplyment mo to satisfy yung ACS requiremetn for work experience anytime in the past, on top of the 3/5/8 years in the past 10 years of work experience na you are claiming points.

@mharcute you will submit sa ACS yung na CTC na photocopy of the original documents not the original copy. If you will ask someone to do a statutory declaration make sure na supervisor pataas ang gagawa or better manager. Include their calling cards when you submit para madaling matawagan we photocopied the calling card na colored tapos sinubmit pero di na pina ctc. They will ask for additional documents if they need to verify like what happened to us hiningi yung letter ng HR na they are not issuing COE with job responsibilities.

@Xiaomau82 sa pagkakaalam ko po they will not honor job less than 1 year
