Hi guys. Additional question po. Do you think may bearing yung isesend ko na COE for an on-IT job I had previously? Iniisip ko kasi baka maging negative pa ang effect nito sa assessment. Thanks. Sana po may makasagot nito at yung question ko sa taas.

Good luck with the Vic SS po. 🙂 Why not try NSW SS po? 3-4 weeks lang sila. Although may bayad. Ganyan din po diskarte ko, if matagalan, lodge ko na as 175. Although sana makapag-176 route para mas mabilis.

Hello maganda hapon po sa lahat.. Gusto ko po sanang mag pa assess sa ACS ...9 yrs na po akong Systems Analyst. Nagstart na po akong mag gather ng documents para makahabol pa kaso medyo na alarm ako sa sabi ng ACS about dito:

On 1 July 2012, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) will introduce changes to Australian migration via the SkillSelect implementation.

All ICT Skills Assessment applications submitted to the ACS before 27 April 2012 that are decision ready will be guaranteed to receive a result letter before 1 July 2012.

Applications must be decision ready by having all documentation submitted in the correct format and meet the Skills Assessment Guidelines requirements.

Skills Assessment application requiring further information or documentation will be processed ASAP but cannot be guaranteed to be finalised before 1 July 2012.

So it means pwedeng mas mabilis ba ang pag process ngayon basta mag pasa ako before April 27? Sana may makapag share ng experience dito.. God Bless po sa inyo..

@ozbound2012 Mabilis na naman po ang processing ng ACS lately... within 1 month may result kagad. Makakahabol ka pa po nyan 😃 good luck!

@ozbound2012 - yep tama po si @wisha, average 1 month na lng po ang processing time ng ACS as long as you provided the complete and correct requirement.

Hello newbie here! well informed tong forum na to and thumbs up!

may mga dilemma ako sa pag apply ng ACS sa australia... eto list down ko na..

Actually more than 10 years na yung work experience ko overall 2 years plus sa Philippines and 10 years na sa abroad.. straight sa isang company....

Question ko regarding Employee Certificates..

Una, meron akong copy sa previous employers ko but the problem is di naman nakalagay ang Job Description dun? Certificate of employment lang talaga sya.. andun yung position ko at duration ng work.

Currently working ako sa company na to as an IT for 10 years straight...from IT Admin to IT Manager... all around din ako dito business analyst/programmer/analyst/database admin/Network Admin.. jack of all trades.....

ok lang ba na wag ng isama yung sa Pilipinas at current job na lang ang ilagay ko?

and eto pa...since wala ako sa Pilipinas...yung Diploma at transcript.... pero meron akong copy ng diploma at transcript ko na may tatak na Certified True Copy ang problema yung certified copy na yun ay para sa bansa dito na may mga tatak ng foreign affairs.... ok lang ba na photocopy ko na lang in coloured at yun ang submit ko?

But the original diploma and transcript eh nasa akin din... pwedeng photocopy ko na lang yun then pa notarized ko sa Phil. Embassy?

sa ngayon eto lang muna yung queries ko... thanks sa mga sasagot! will appreciate it..

additional question eh... sinosoli din ba ng ACS yung papers na submit mo sa kanila?

@the_BuGS hindi na irreturn ng acs ung documents na sinubmit mo sa knila. not sure lng if it will matterkung di mo nideclare lahat ng work experience mo, so long as ung nireferencemo is related sa innominate mong occupation... regarding ctc, i suggest pa-notarize mo ung documents pa rin afterng colored photocopy.. ung mga requirements na you wont be able to secure, better sana if may stat declaration...

@bmc_cpu not sure if may bearing yun pag nimention mo pa non-IT work mo... bsta sa tingin ko as long as nameet mo ung minimum number of years sa relevant work experience mo, that should be fine..

actually nag pa-assess ako dito para sa work experience.. halos na cover ko daw lahat ng IT related since naging jack of all trades nga ako... pero more on sofware developer/analyst ako as my previous work sa Phil. but here sa company na pinagtratrabahuhan ko ngayon eh for the past 10 years eh halos lahat lahat na.. besides sa developing ng IN-House software with Oracle DB as backend.. ako pa ang nag analyze ng business needs and process.. helping other departments paggawa ng business process at flowcharts.. at ako pa ang gumagawa ng design ng network security policies,routing ng mga network appliances namin.... haaist........ then admin pa ng windows servers...

duon pala sa pag notarized... if I have the original copies of diploma and transcript... pthoto copy ko na lang sya then authorized sa lawyer sa Phil. Embassy yung copy?

^certified true copy ba ibig mong sabihin? Kahit saang notaryo publiko lang tsong, pero syempre, piliin mo na yung medyo mapagkakatiwalaan para pag tinawagan ng ACS (just in case) hindi sasabit...

Nagpa certified true copy ako sa Atrium Building sa me urdaneta... dun kasi nagpapanotaryo yung bangko ko pag kelangan (metrobank) so Im assuming medyo legit, singkwenta lang per CTC

ECE grad din ako, and I was assessed under group A pero 2011 pa yung assessment ko. Ngayon daw wala nang group letter na nakalagay

^ yup true, wala nang group letter na nakalagay. Nilagay lang nila suitable and equivalent to an AQF degree...

ok...actually may certified true copy ako ng Diploma at trasncript ko na authorized pa ng CHED/School kaso way back 2002 pa dahil sa previous employment ko nuon..... then dala ko yung original copy ng diploma at transcript ko... so ang better advised eh photocopy ko na lang in coloured yung original transcript at diploma ko then pa authorized ko na lang sa notary public? or submit ko na lang yung lumang certified true copy na galing pa ng CHED ko then pa notarized ko pa?

@the_BuGS : pa-photocopy nyo na lang po yung original copies ng diploma and transcript niyo. it doesn't have to be colored. ang importante lang po e may nakatatak na certified true copy, at may signature and stamp ng notary public. oks na po yan.

Yeah ganun na nga ngayon. AQF equivalent na lang nakalagay either degree or diploma. Tapos if major in computing. 2-4 weeks ang average processing time. 🙂

dagdag pogi points ba sa ACS kung may mga training certificates ka like ITIL V3? Oracle? Cisco? Microsoft?

@the_BuGS bka pero not sure. Although may certain MS certifications na ok with them. I-cite mo na lang lahat yan sa CV na ippasa mo sa knila.
