@Stoked0419 ah if you are referring to employment reference pwede naman from may 1 2013 to present.. sa acs mo lang ilalagay ung date kapag ipasa mo na ung form pero ung employment reference kung andyan ka pa sa current company mo e to present na lang 🙂

Hi @J_Oz , nainip ako at kahit nasa opisina naglogin ako sa ACS online application form at gumawa na ng account.

Nakita ko dun ACS website under "relevant experience" tab, month and year lang ilalagay ko. So sa present company ko is 11-2014 .

Sorry kung makulit ako sir, pero parang nakita ko kasi somewhere na dapat eh ilagay sa "to- date" is yung data of submission ko at hindi "present".

siguro nagiisip lang ako masyado. tagal ko pinaghandaan to eh. 🙁 haizt..

Guys, I have a situation now. Hopefully someone can help me out and give some advise.

by May 2015, I can already apply for 261111 - require 5 years of experience.

by today, I can apply for 263212 - I already have 6 years of experience.

If I go for 263212 (CSOL) - then I can apply for visa 190 and request SA SS or I can also go for visa 489 path but I don't know when will I have a CO and whether how fast will be the process.

If I go for 261111 (SOL) - I need to wait til May 2015 and I will apply for 189.

Any advise guys? TIA 🙂

@Stoked0419 hehe ganyan din ako nung nagpprocess ako ng ACS ko. Anyway I worked for the same company since 2008 till now. I documented yong ACS na ginawa ko ni-screenshot ko, at ang nisubmit ko is 06/2008 to 08/2014. 🙂

pero tignan natin suggestion ng mga experts 🙂

yong sa unang option mo, we will never know kung ano yong present occupations ang pwedeng maisali for a certain state, nagbabago siya e.

Yong second option naman, dahil mag 5 years ka palang no?

Ano na po ba ang current points mo? kahit self-assessment lang muna... Kasi Yong IELTS actually sobrang malaking tulong yan, you can claim 20 points as long as makakuha ka ng 8 sa lahat ng sub test.

Syempre, mas magandang ipa-assess ang nominated occupation under ng SOL kasi unang una di mo na kelangan mag hintay ng mga open na state, as long as pasok ang 60 points mo...

if you don't mind, ano na current points mo. PM mo na lang if you want to post details here para macheck ko rin 🙂

Iniintindi ko pa lang ang process, at meron po sana akong gusto itanong:

Nag points calculator ako and mukhang may chance po makakuha ng 60pts from Age, Course, Work, and IELTS for visa 189. First step po ba ang ACS assessment para malaman if qualified nga ako?
Work Experience (8 years IT Software Support and Dev) - Yun first company ko kasi, hindi daw sila nag i-issue ng Employer Reference with job description/activities/roles dahil confidential daw yun. Pero need kasi ito for ACS assessment di ba? Meron na bang naka experience ng ganito at ano ang alternative na binigay sa ACS?
Graduate po ako ng AMA University QC - BS Computer Engineering. Iba iba kasi ang nabasa kong feedback sa mga unang nag apply from same school. If Cum Laude, meron po kayang chance na mas mataas ang points na ibibigay?

Ang ginawa ko naman, since IELTS is not a requirement sa ACS, inuna ko na ang ACS para rin malaman ko kung ano ang aim kong score sa IELTS.

There is a thread specific sa mga taga Accenture kasi hindi sila nabibigyan ng employment reference with job description.

@Stoked0419 - You need to wait for both because SA SS - for ICT Support Engineer is on Special Condition. Whether it is 190 or 489.

Nagtataka lang ako bakit 2 different set and nominated jobs mo?

#2. you can create your own statutory declaration with roles and responsibilities

and ask for your supervisor to sign... make sure lang na-confirm ng supervisor mo yung

nakalagay dun ha kasi sya ang nakapirma.

#3. Same degree tayo, just take note lang na 4 years yung required to meet yung skilled experience. so most likely you will have 4 years of experience remaining to claim points

Philippines completed October 2005 has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor

Sa statutory document, same format ba sya ng sample employer reference from ACS? Meron pa din company letterhead, address, etc?

Sorry medyo nalito ako, what do you mean po dito? Magiging parang 4years of experience na lang ako? Dahil yun 4years is ginamit to meet/qualify pa lang as skilled immigrant kahit IT related ang course?

@snider no, stat declaration is a legal document na nagpapatunay ng supervisor mo

na yung mga duties and responsibilities mo sa company.

as for the 4 years deduction you can refer to page 3 of

so magsstart lang yung skilled experience mo after 4th year

this is same case as mine kasi im a Computer Engineering grad din

But still it depends sa curriculum mo, malay mo mas marami kang subjects

@gerardds thanks for the explanation. start na akong mag gather ng requirements for ACS. try lang ng opportunity. bahala na hehe. one question pa sa employer reference, sa sample kasi from ACS website, meron naka pirma as Certifier, sino po yon? HR from employer?

@snider yes, usually naman nakukuha natin yung employment cert/ref from HR

@gerardds nakausap ko na kasi yun manager sa second employer ko. And igagawa nya daw ako basta send ko lang cv ko sa kanya para align kami. After nya gawin yun letter, ipapa-sign ko na lang sa HR yon?

Ict 263212 ang pinaasses nya. I think if i'm not mistaken she sent her eoi (489) to SA after the status of SA changed to Special Condition. As per her updae she already got an invite.
