hi @maria_sg nag-review ako nang ielts express sa british council then studied by myself din.. my suggestion is to aim for band of 8 to easily get 7.. 😉

@edwinvillanueva2530, choice nyo po if you want to avail the services of a migration agent.. but based sa nababasa ko dito sa forum, most of them e nag DIY as mentioned by @magoo_z. Di naman madadamot mga tao dito and someone will always answer to the best of their knowledge and experience with regards sa issues na pede na-encounter na din nila.. 🙂

@AussieGal14, as far as i know, you can only choose 1 ANZSCO code na pinakamalapit sa roles or tasks for assesement. ACS will still review pa rin naman ung mga documents na nareview mo and may nabasa ako dito na they will give you a different ANZSCO code if they think na un ung best na pinakamalapit sa role mo and it is your choice to accept it or not. 🙂

Ask ko lang po kung may bearing ba ang Job Title to get a positive result or mas tinitingnan nila ang DUTIES/Responsibilites mo sa nominated ANZCO code? Kasi nagpalit kami ng Job Title pero same pa rin naman ang duties and responsibilities..

Job title is for reference only but the important things are the duties and responsibilities and the length of employment. Me mga job titles kase sa IT like consultant that can mean many different things so it will still boil down to the actual job description.

@RuChe: Thank you for that information. Kasi nagbago ung Job Title ko eh from Programmer Analyst to CIM Engineer. Pero same lang ng duties and responsibilities kaya mejo naging worried. Any advice?

@cnel_26 , ok lang yan kahit wag mo na palitan ang job title kung na-submit mo na yung COE mo with the old job title. Like for me, Systems Analyst nominated skills ko pero ang title ko IT Consultant. Wala namang naging problem.

Thank you @RuChe. I am about to submit today kaya lang may linkage ung old application ko. HIndi ko ma-delete ung ibang attachments specially dun sa Education/Employment qualifications. I wonder why..

@cnel_26. Kung significant yung mga kelangan mong updates, you can just attach a new file. Lagyan mo na lng ng description kung para san yung new file mo or kung ano difference nun sa existing attachment. Hindi kase talaga nade-delete yung attachments based on mine din nun.

Question po, kailangan bang magtake din ng IELTS ng secondary applicant?

In my case, ako yung main applicant at yung wife ko ang secondary.

Ito nakalagay sa note ng 189 sa visa fee,

12a - For applicants who have turned 18 at the time of application and who are assessed as not having functional English the second instalment is $4885. For any other applicant, the second instalment is nil.

or only applicable for additional applicant na nagturn 18 after magsubmit ng visa application?

Sa kakaalam ko if you'll claim for partner points for your wife then you'll need:

her occupation to be in SOL, and also be assessed by its corresponding assessing body
her to be competent in english (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE-A)

pero kung sub-applicant lang:

good character (PCC/NBI if pinas) and health (medical)
proof of functional english (http://www.immi.gov.au/faqs/Pages/how-can-i-prove-i-have-functional-english.aspx)

yung proof of english kelangan para di kana magbayad ng "second installment"

If college graduate yung wife mo, easiest way is to get a certificate from the university saying that all her subjects were done in english.

@RuChe: Nilagyan ko na lang ng distinction ung file na attached ko. So far, nasa Allocated na ung ACS application. Nabasa ko sa site nila na on vacation sila from 12/19 /2014 to 1/4/2015. Antay na lang ng result... Praying all will be well. Thank you po sa time. God bless!

mga sir/mam.. ask ko lang po kung nag include din kayo ng "completion letter" for ACS assessment?? or CTC of TOR is enough na po??may nakalagay po kasi sa web page nila ng ganito

"All applications must be decision ready before submitting a skills assessment. Qualifications must have a completion letter that states the exact date all the academic requirements were met."

@baknir Yong Diploma po ang isubmit nyo. Bale TOR at diploma yong inupload ko. ok naman result ko... Yong diploma naman nakalagay kung kailan ka naggraduate dba?
