Hi guys. Gusto ko lang makasigurado haha. Yubg friend ko kasi nag paassess sya sa ACS last oct 2014 ata. Ok naman yung result tapos 2 years ang deducted sa kanya. Ang kaso e march 2012 onwards ang pwede nya iclaim. So this march 2015 3 years na ang maclaim nya which is minimum to get 5 pts ba? Basta un. Ang tanong ko e ok na ba na magpasa sya ng EOI or sa april na para sure. Tapos no need na magpa reassess dba? Need nya lang provide yung updated coe and other proof na he's still with the current company na nipaassess nya..

@ios_dev OMG, nalilito ako I just find an answer to this confusion. TRA kasi assessing body ng husband ko and he just have 4 years in Engineering which hopefully ma consider as Associate. Pero yung bachelors nya is not in line with the work experience. Ilan kaya nade-deduct kapag ganun ang case?

@J_Oz Same dilemma rin ako, I got ACS suitable (last year) but during that time, less than 3 years yung Skilled Employment ko. This month, I got 3 years Skilled Employment so I assume I can claim 5 points.

Same question din: No need para magpa-reassess right?

Here's what ACS says on their website:

"I had 3 years and 6 months experience at the time of application, but now I have over 4 years in total. Can I lodge a Review application?

No. You should not apply for a Review of your assessment, because work experience can only be considered up to the date of initial application received. What you should do in this instance is to apply for a new assessment application with a current employer reference."

It looks like you do need to make another assessment application.

@J_Oz from what i read and adviced na din sa mga na grant na no need na pa re-assess. as long as same employer pa rn yung friend mo. ask lang new COE pra proof na working pa rin sa same company.

Thanks @appledeuce @barcode sa inputs! Mostly nabasa ko rin no need for reassessment as long as same employer at job description. I guess applicable lang yung reassessment for those who was assessed as not suitable?

@barcode @avp, ganito rin pagkakaalam ko.. So kung March 2012 onwards siya, this march 2015 3 years na siya, pasok na yon or wait siya till april to submit???

@J_Oz Halos parehas pala kami, Feb 2012 onwards ako eh. Kung March 2012 sya, if you count 3 years dapat March 2015, well ako para sure plus one month just in case.

pwede na sia magpasa ung eoi namn nagcocompute kung ilang points based sa input mong dates ng employment. so kung wala pa siang 3 years, indi sia bigyan ng points sa work exp. as for ACS result, anu ba nkalagay, after mar 2012? which means, april 1 onwards un.or after feb 2012?

The following employment after March 2012 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261311.

Kapag ganyan ba included yong march 2012? or magbibilang ka ng April 2012?

Yup, I think you're right (about the reassessment only being for those assessed as not suitable). It doesn't make sense nga naman to apply for reassessment if you stayed with the same company and did the same job functions from the time that you first applied for skills assessment to date.

Nag create kasi ako ng EOI more than a year ago, pero never ko pa na submit at draft status lang ever since. Now ready nako for state nomination, kailangan ko pa ba gumawa ng bagong EOI? or pwde ko na I-edit nalang at submit yun?

helo po.. baka may naka experience na sa inyo ng ganito... na resib ko na po assessment letter..may wrong spelling lang sa name ng dati ko employer..nag email na ako kay CO kaso wala pa reply... ang isang pang problema na notice ko lang yung wrong spelling after 30 days.. nyahahaha!!! shungangers lang 🙂... baka hindi na ako pansinin ni CO at napakatagal na release e ngayon ko lang napuna... sumobra kasi ng "s" dun sa spelling...haiissttt... nakalagay kasi sa guidelines nila na hindi kailangan mag file ng review or appeal pag wrong spelling cases.. pero dapat inform ang CO via email para makakuha ng corrected assessment letter... tama po ba?? TIA 🙂
