Hello, as long as you have a COE from the said company with the required format by ACS, you should not worry. Di naman po required ang sss/pagibig contribution sa ACS assessment.

Another thing, how do you get COE with ACS format from you current employer without them knowing that you are applying for visa to AU for permanent residence? What is the purpose you stated?

Hello everyone! Newbie here. I've got some questions, I hope I get answers..

I've tried to request for COE to my employer with the ACS format, and sadly they won't provide detailed job description. Do you guys know any workaround for this? 🙁
I am a graduate from DLSU. For the accredited schools, What does the "section" mean?

@zitrojam Di po required ang itr/payslips sa acs assessment, sa visa lodgement pa yun usually sinusubmit. Nagbigay lang ako ng sample format sa previous companies ko then sinama ko yung guidelines from ACS para alam nila na yun dapat ang ibigay nilang format. Yung purpose is yung generic lang na "whatever legal purpose it may serve". Though nung nagtanong sila kung para saan, honest lang ang sagot ko na for my visa application skills assessment.

@franz15 thank you. however, under probationary plang kasi ako sa current company. my worry is, bka hindi nila ko iregular kapag nalaman nilang nagaapply ako ng visa for migration. i dont want to go through the visa prrocesses unemployed, hahaha.. pano kaya yun..

@eric290 HI same po tayo..more on SD/sys admin din work ko pero na approve din ng ACS kaya lng one year lng an credit from 8 yrs experience. Try mo lng din since may post grad cert ka pa. Also, its best na yung detailed COE mo pattern mo sa ANZSCO description..ako kahit basic lng sa networking hinandle namin ni add ko lng din sya and ni elaborate/rephrase ko lng na prang di naman ganun ka basic dating.

Also, di ako nagpa pirma sa HR namin kasi most hindi talaga nagbibigay ng detailed COE. Dun ako sa mga managers ko nagpapirma and ni print ko lng with letterhead. May isa akong manager na ayaw gamitin ang letterhead kasi nasa ibang company na sya ngayon nag work. Ginawa ko, since 2 pages naman ang COE and last page sya nag sign, yung first page ni reprint ko with letterhead which ako na din gumawa. Sorry medyo kinda pandaya eto and I dont advise it hehe pero ni check ko kasi paiba iba din yung letterhead ng company namin na yun..wala silang fix or standard letterhead, so nagdecide ako gawan nlng like logo, address and contact info.

@zitrojam Diskartehan mo na lang siguro paano ka makakapagrequest without directly telling them your plans. May mga HR naman na hindi nagtatanong kung para saan ang nirerequest na COE. You can also try to get the statutory declaration from your supervisor/manager instead of the COE from HR. 🙂 By the way, yung 5 years experience mo ba, naconsider mo na dun yung posibleng ibawas na years ng ACS? Nagbabawas kasi sila at least ng 2 years depende sa degree qualifications mo.

@jamiebee same scenario i had with my former employer. kesyo hindi daw sila naglalagay ng detailed job description sa COE..which is ^$%@#$@.

sumuko ako after 4 months of kulitan at discussions with HR. instead, what i did was to get a JD for my position and role. I presume you have copies of your JD from your employer. I printed it with official company letterhead and I asked my immediate manager to sign. I then wrote statutory declaration that COE from this company does not include JD therefore im submitting additional documents blah blah blah...
i have no idea what you were referring to...

@zitrojam di ko maintindihan bakit kelangan ilagay ang specific purpose ng paghingi ng COE. samantalang legal document naman yan at walang liability ang company.

in my case hindi ko sinabi, pero nilagay pa rin nila dun na mag loloan daw ako sa Metrobank..WTF

I think pag manager mo ang pumirma di na need ng stat dec. Ako puro manager nag pirma wala akong stat dec na ni submit. Pero pinasa ko na rin ang COE na galing HR pandagdag..years ago pa yung HR COEs wala namang probs. Yung detailed COEs talaga ang importante.

Sa reason naman ng paghingi ng COE from current employers, kanya kanya ngang diskarte. I am based in SG so sabi ko lng sa employer ko eh backup lng since di maganda yung status ng mga foreigners nag wowork dito. Pede nyo rin cguro sabihin na for vacation purposes or trip to AU.

Ma suggest ko lng sa manager na kayo magpapirma kung pwede, at least di nyo na need maglagay ng purpose sa CoE mo.

Hi,

I'm currently gathering information about Visa options. I have been working as an Application Support for the past 6 years which is related to the "263212 - ICT Support Engineer" of the CSOL which also falls under the catergory of "Nominated or Sponsorship" base on ANZSCO-Descriptions-2015.pdf document.

Skilled - Nominated (subclass 190) yung right Visa option ko, tama po ba?

@zitrojam Read mo lang ulit yung ACS Skills Assessment Guidelines. Nadiscuss dun yung regarding sa skill level requirement met date. If you have 5 years experience, me possibility na ma-meet mo naman yung suitability criteria. However, possible din na di ka makapagclaim ng points sa overseas employment if you will be left with less than 3 years after madeduct ng ACS yung years before yung skill level requirement met date mo. You can have other options pa rin naman na kunin sa ibang criteria like age, IELTS/TOEFL/PTE, partner skills, state sponsorship, etc. kung ma-short ka man sa required na 60 points to be invited if you plan to apply a skilled independent visa. 🙂

Feeling ko tamad lang gumawa ang employer mo ng detailed job description. Ikaw na lang ang gumawa then request mo na iprint under company letterhead then get their signature if they agree sa mga nilagay mong details.
Section means how AU recognize the school if it is equal to AU school standards. 1 is the highest.

Confirm ko lang po. Yung nominated skill nya ay nasa CSOL and <b>NOT </b>on SOL. So I believe 190 ang dapat na path nya unless I'm missing something.
