Hi guys, yung statutory declarations ba dapat pang ipanotarized? yung isa ko kasing dating supervisor e nasa dubai na and malayo sya sa philippine embassy/notary public.

and kasi halos magkakapareho yung umpisa at huli ng letter kasi kinopya ko lang yung may nagpost dito ng sample. magkakaproblema ba yun? take note the actual duties are very different from each other. just the intro lang yung same yung part na "i, (name), a former (position) of (company) certifies that (my name) was employed in ...... his roles and responsibilities are as follows..."

guys, bumalik sa "with assessor" from "in progress" yung status ng application sa ACS. ang weird lang. my nakaexperience naba ng ganito?

Hi, first post ko. Ask ko lang sana yun mga gumawa ng statutor declaration. Nagprovide ba kayo ng isa sa mga to sa baba?

All third party Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must include only one of the following:

•Certified copy of Payslips – preferably first & last payslip

•Certified copy of Human Resource statement or Service Certificate

•Certified copy of Termination Letter with corresponding dates

Nawawala na kase yun paylips ko, at di naman ako naterminate. Anu yun Human Resource statement?

@n_nicee thanks! nako, yung akin umabot ng 30 pages. okay lang kaya yun?. Medyo thorough kasi, pero pasok naman sa required file size ng ACS.

Good Day!, I would just like to know for those who chose to pay the ACS Skills Assessment via credit card, is it okay if i will use my mom's credit card (with sufficient credit), currently i am applying for an increase in credit limit. What do you think po? thanks!

@coachella9 nung 2014 na Project Report Form kasi nakalagay dati na "Write a brief summary of how you acquired and applied the knowledge in your working environment (1-2 pages)." so max 2pages lang yung section na yun.. pero dun sa latest (March 2015), di na nilagay yung no. of pages.. so i guess ok lang yung 30 pages.. good luck! positive yan ;-)

hello, ano po yun list of docs na need ipanotarize? yun nasubmit ko kasi sa ACS yun scanned original docs from university and un COE from the company, tama po ba na yun lang un ginawa ko or dapat panotary pa talaga lahat? thank u

Sir ako nag stat dec last 2014 pa nga ako eh eheheh ngayon lang nag move ang papers ko kasi ngayon lang ako nainvite.. Nung ginawa ko yan I ask lang ng COE sa HR namin so ang sinubmit kosa ko sa ACS eh COE + Stat Dec. Yung stat dec ko ex boss ko ang ang sign plus kasama ang ID nya at ayun pumasa naman ako sir. As of the moment unemployed ako ngayon ( nagresign ako after kung pumasa sa ACS ).. Unemployed ba kayo sir ngayon?

@kittykitkat18 thanks po sa info, nagreply na sakin yun ACS, binigyan ako 30 days to submit all certified docs, yun isa kong company closed na sa pinas hinihingan kc ako detailed COE, pano po pag ganun? maraming salamat po,malaking tulong po talga kayo sa mga newbies sa forum, more blessings po

Thanks sa reply. Ayun meron nga akong COE pero since ayaw nila ng may roles na nakalagay, need ko ng stat dec. Pero I think may copy rin ako ng certificate of clearance.

May work ako ngayon, kakalipat lang. Sakto, gamitin ko yun past companies ko sa application. Total of 8 years exp rin.

Nagsubmit ka na po ng EOI mo? Pwede po bang makahingi nun format ng stat dec/affidavit mo? Di ko kase sure kung anu yun tama o hindi, mahirap na pag nagkamali.

@ash ung closed company..try mo statutory declaration from your previous manager/supervisor pra sa detailed jd mo

according sa checklist ng ACS, they require certified copies of the original https://www.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0005/17636/Application-Checklist.pdf
