@bayaw ikaw lahat mgpa certify ng docs mo. Bale e photocopy mu yan lahat then yung copy yung lalagyan na 'certified true copy' ng notary. Nasa pinas ka ba? Usually yan yung nka stamp lang, in my case nklagay 'Certified true copy of the original document'

Tip sa gusto mkamura, sa city hall notaries, pwede humingi discount lalo na madami docs.

I just started my interest in applying for visa 189. I'm an SAP Consultant and I would like to know any inputs if my qualifications will give me a favorable ACS assessment.

Graduated BS. Info Tech (San Beda College) - Apr 2010

Worked as SAP HR Admin - June 2010 to Oct 2011 (Philippines)

Worked as SAP FICO Consultant - Oct. 2011 to Jan. 2015 (Philippines)

Currently working as SAP FICO Consultant since Mar. 2015 (Malaysia)

@guenb Thank you! I did check this one - and I think my previouse work exp. as SAP FICO Consultant would fall under 261112 Systems Analysts. Would you think my exp. from Oct. 2011 until now (total of >4yrs) would suffice? Appreciate your reply! 🙂

@SAP_Melaka I think the 4yr+ experience is already okay since deductions are 2-4yrs. It's still up to ACS who will assess, as long as you provide them with the requirements I think you'll be fine. Good luck!

Hi, tanong ko lang, based sa alam nyo paano magiging computation ng ACS sa work experience ko kung sakali:

Let's say I nominated Developer Programmer (since sya ung may pinaka-malaki years) and equivalent to AU yung course ko..

Programmer - 1 year 3 months

Analyst Programmer - 2 years

Software Engineer - 2.5 years

Developer Programmer - 3 years

Ang magiging computation ba ng ACS ay:

Developer Programmer (3 years) tapos less deductions pa like 2 or 4 years for (work criteria, etc.)? which will give me like 1 year experience (if 2 years deduction)?

2: Add all those experience up (since ICT related work exp naman sila) then deduct lets say 4 or 6 years since iba yung qualification ng iba) which will give me 4 years experience (or less)

Yey! I got my assessment result today. Just to share:

NOC - 261313 Software Engineer

Qualification - AQF Bachelor Degree (Computer Science)

School - Section 2

Years Deducted - 2 Years 2 months

Skill Level Requirement Met Date - after May 2008 (7 yrs 10 months experience)

@killua27 I'd agree with #1, ACS will deduct 2-5years. After the deduction, let's say you only got a year left, no points for experience since only 3-5 years is equivalent to 5points.

With #2 Only those related to your nominated occupation can count as related experience. Don't worry ACS will assess it for you, kaya tip lang pass all the references of your listed work episodes, ACS won't really look at the job title but at the roles. Who knows they'll tag all listed as relevant work experiences.

</blockquote>Just choose a nominated occupation, and get all your reference letters consistent with the chosen nominated occupation. You can add up all the work experience and work experience of 2,4, 5 or 6 years will be deducted depending your Educational qualification

alam ko nabasa ko po dati na ok lang ito pero ask ko na din to double check:

Yung ACS assessment ko po ay granted last year. 2.5 years lang po ang counted sa exp ko noon. Ngayon po nasa same company pa din ako with same roles/resp. Pwede kona po maclaim ang 3 years para +5 sa points. Di na po kailangan ng separate assessment yun from ACS tama po ba? Salamat

@AspireAU21 if you have left the end date sa employment mo with your eoi, it will automatically be counted continuously. nainvite ka naman na, and result letters from ACS are valid for 24 months from date of issue

sa ACS letter ko kasi hanggang last year lang yung job exp ko eh since nov 2015, naging 3 years na sya so naging 65 pts na ako. so buti tama 🙂

honestly kinalimutan ko na ang AU dream since wala ang occup ko sa list ng NSW but nagulat ako today naka receive ako ng invite after a yr of waiting. Thank you Lord! 🙂

@AspireAU21 kung may immiaccount ka na, pwede ka na gumawa ng my health declaration para makakuha ka na ng referral for medical and hap id. Bear in mind, 1 year lang validity ng medical, so kung confident ka na makapaglodge ng visa before the expiry ng medical mo. Karamihan is after getting the invite lang nagpapamedical including me hehe
