Hi, just want to ask if ma assess as equivalent to Diploma with ICT major in computing 5 years lng ba bawas sa experience? medyo nalito ksi ako dto e

"If your Diploma or Vendor Certification is assessed as having an ICT major which is closely

related to your nominated occupation, you will require 5 years relevant work experience

completed within the past 10 years or 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history (whichever provides the earliest skill date) to meet the suitability criteria."

tama ba pagkaintindi ko na 5 years lng ibabawas pag yng experience is competed with 10years at 6 years naman pag wala pang 5 years yng experience within past 10 years?

Would just like to ask on the uploading of required documents for ICT Skills Assessment. Is this correct in preparing the scanned documents as PDF files.

Preparing Documents to Upload into the Online Application Form:

4.) Scan and Save the certified copies into a PDF format

Consolidate all pages into one PDF document for each qualification and each employment entry.

Required Documents:

Birth Certificate or Passport – Applicant details page only, not full passport (1 PDF file)
Degree or Award Certificate (1 PDF file)
- Title of Degree or Award
- Name of University or Awarding Institution
- Date the Degree or Award was completed – the qualification will be assessed as NOT suitable if there is no documented evidence that the degree has been completed and awarded.
Degree or Award Transcript (1 PDF file)
- Unit or Subject Names and Grades or Marks Achieved
Employment References (1 PDF file per employer)
If you apply for a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application, you will need to submit an ACS Recognition of Prior Learning Form. (1 PDF file)

@ajboy correct.

or what i can suggest is to create a dummy account in ACS so that you can familiarize yourself with the procedure and see the steps on how to upload the documents. You just need to choose the appropriate option and match it with the same pdf name, then upload.

P.S: each pdf should be no higher than 200 dpi.

Hello guys, ask ko lang sa mga naka experience na ng ganito. for example yung job contract ko mag end ng June 30, pero mag papapaassess ako ulit ng June 6, yung ilalagay ba sa COE ay "recent / to date or yung end date na june 30"?

if "recent / to date" ang nilagay ko and na approved after ng june for example, then july nag lodge ako and end na contract ko, hindi ba magkakaconflict nun sa pag lodge ng experience kasi nga na end na contract nun? kasi nga hindi na recent experience ko.

@pinoycoder i think should not be aproblem. Since hindi ka pa naman out of that conpany when you lodged your application. Just leave the date open first. You can suffice it naman later with a confirmation of resignation letter when asked by dibp

@pinoycoder yes that would be okay. Kung di ka naman mag claim sa next employment mo, on your eoi just indicate you are not claiming for it..

Hello guys question naman. Clarification lang sana about the following na nabasa ko sa ACS:

1) Consolidate all pages into one PDF document for each qualification and each employment entry.

-so for example. 1 pdf file for school docs like diploma, transcript of records. 1 pdf file for each company - 1 pdf lang ang CoE at Stat dec?

2) employment details - Start and Finish Dates of Employment – these should be specific dates in a DD/MM/YY format

-talaga bang mahigpit sa format ng date? di ko naman macontrol format ng CoE lalo na kung previous company

3) Not suitable Stat Dec - Plain paper reference, with a stamp and signature of Notary Public but doesn’t state the

referee’s signature is witnessed

- pano ma-make sure na masasatisfy ko to?

4) Not suitable Stat dec - The document must state that it was Sworn Before, Signed Before or Witnessed Before the authorised witness by the referee and signed by the authorised witness, with the date and place in which the declaration was made and witnessed. List of Authorised Witnesses within Australia.

 - eto naman ano ibig sabihin?

@thisisme1 hi, here are my comments..

1 PDF each for diploma and transcript. I combined CoE and my manager's employment reference in 1 PDF per company.
D ko sure if mahigpit, pero to be on a safer side, mas ok na sundin ang format ng ACS. I'm not sure if magiging issue to, pero I don't think they will make a big deal out of it.
For this, make sure you follow your 4th question which is "the document must state that it was Sworn Before, Signed Before or Witnessed Before the authorised witness by the referee and signed by the authorised witness, with the date and place in which the declaration was made and witnessed."
Ibig sabihin lang nito, ang witness at ang magsa-stamp ng stat dec is isang registered notary public. sa stamp dapat nakasulat yung name ng notary public at yung register number nya with the date and place with his signature.

Take note na may ibang abugado na talagang strict at kelangan yung pipirma ng stat dec is nasa harap nila, else d sila magsa-stamp. Mejo hassle to kaya I suggest if makakakuha ka ng employment reference from your employer with a company letterhead, the better.

Good afternoon, Guys. Question.

Brief background lang, I have been in the IT field for almost 5 years. I am a Software Tester, pero I am a BS Industrial Engineering graduate which is very minor lang ang ICT courses in college. So, technically I was a qualified Engineer but IT field ung first and current job ko. Hindi ko lang alam saan siya magfall under. I was wondering if that would be a big factor on my assessment with ACS. Would you guys have any suggestions on what's the best thing to do? Thanks in advance.

@back_down bro section 3, automatic ng AQF Diploma unless you have PRC license. That's also my problem, that's why I am waiting till June to get a re-assessment, if hindi naging unsuitable result ko nung feb, malamang my visa na din ako now.

@pinoycoder salamat bro, ilang points kaya makukuha ko jan sa school and Vendor Cert? Kelangan ko mag 8.0 sa lahat ng band sa IELTs para magka 20 points 🙁
