Sirs/Ma'am,

On uploading documents for Skills Assessment of ACS, (Relevant Experience) "Your PDF file name must match the "Attachment Type" name. Please consolidate all multipage files into one PDF for each attachment type. Maximum PDF file size is 3MB". "

I have several position titles on different companies. I think I have 5 work references on hand. Should the 5 notarized work references be scanned into 1 file and filename should be "Reference" as it is the attachment type? Or it should be 5 PDF files? If that's the case I wonder if I can use Reference, Reference1, Reference2.. etc as their filenames.

@ajboy i think you can upload it as one file and name it as your EmploymentReference_CompanyName

I am looking to apply for accreditation by ACS and was wondering what their criteria is (the info in the page is a bit vague to me)

I graduate with a business degree but have been working in the ICT space for the past 4 years. Will this be ok?

Hello po hihingi lng ng advice sa mga matagal na po dito. I am planning to apply for visa 189 or maybe 190. Below are my credentials:

BSIT degree from Mapua Institute of Technology Makati. As per checking, section 2 etong school na to.
Total working experience is 4yrs 8 months.
Started and still working at Accenture as Software Engineering Team Lead (from software engineering associate and so on)

Eto po mga questions ko:

1.Advisable or pwede na ba na magpaassess na ko sa ACS? Planning to choose Software Engineer as NOC ko. If everything works fine with the assessment meaning assessed as Bachelors degree and -2 yrs deduction lng. Or better ba na hintayin ko na lng mag August 25 for me to gain 5 yrs total working experience then saka magpaassess, para na din sa 5 extra points for 3yrs total skilled employment if ever ok ang assessment. Iniisip ko kasi kung di sya maassess as suitable dahil kulang ako sa working experience.

May chances ba na kahit section 2 ang school mo and IT ang degree mo naaassess sya as equivalent to diploma lng? Although I would say align naman yung job role ko ngayon with the description ng Software Engineer sa ANZCO site.
Regarding sa COE, may mga nabasa na ko na si Accenture ay di nagbibigay ng detailed jd sa COE although di ko pa natatanong to from HR. Pwede po ba makahingi ng sample format ng statutory declaration? Or kung may mga galing accenture dyan any advice pano ginawa nyo sa step na to?

1) Safe to wait until you have accumulated 5 years of work experience.

2) Since your 4 year degree is from a Sec 2 school, then it is assessed on a case by case basis. There is a chance that it may be assessed as equivalent to Diploma and not Bachelor’s degree. Technically, ACS will be checking if your grades meet he required Average grade of 1.00 to 2.00, (A to B, or more than 85%). But that would highly depend on the case officer

Ah i see. Yung pag miminus nila sa actual working experience (-2, -4 etc.) nakadepende ba yun sa degree and the actual job description and responsibilities mo? Or kapag naaasess sya as equivalent to Diploma automatic -4 and ibabawas sayo?
Dito po sa PH ang magsisign. Ok lng ba na associate manager ang position nya?

Diploma and Vendor Certification

 If your Diploma or Vendor Certification is assessed as having an ICT major which is closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 5 years relevant work experience completed within the past 10 years or 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history (whichever provides the earliest skill date) to meet the suitability criteria.

 If your Diploma or Vendor Certification is assessed as having an ICT major which is NOT closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history to meet the suitability criteria.

 If your degree is assessed as having an ICT minor which is closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 5 years relevant work experience completed in the past 10 years or 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history (whichever provides the earliest skill date) to meet the suitability criteria.

 If your degree is assessed as having an ICT minor which is NOT closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history to meet the suitability criteria.

Non ICT Diploma or Higher

 If your qualification is assessed as AQF Diploma or higher and with insufficient ICT content, you will require 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history, plus a suitable Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application to meet the suitability criteria.

So a minimum of 6 years will be required for you to have a suitable assessment:

4 – Recognition of Prior Learning – (RPL)

The RPL application is for applicants with qualifications with no or insufficient ICT, or applicants having no tertiary qualifications.

6 years of full time professional ICT work experience in a field closely related to the nominated ANZSCO Code is required if you hold a Non ICT or insufficient ICT qualification and 8 years if you do not have any qualifications.

You are required to submit 2 Project Reports within an RPL application - ACS Recognition of Prior Learning Form.

Hi all and @Xiaomau82 tinitingnan pala nila ang grades? Bale kz tumigil ako ng pag aaral, no diploma, madameng nakalagay sa transcript ko na either drop or failed, pano kaya yun? May chance pa kaya ako? 8yrs nako as software dev and architect. Hindi pa kami nagpapasa ng assessment sa ACS because troubled kami sino ang main applicant, much better ang work history ko compared to my husband kaso may diploma sya and better grades, ako wala . TIA!
