Syempre it's best na you comply with all the requirements before you submit application para in a span of 1 week my result na. Take note though it's still up to ACS if your experience will be suitable or not.

Good day. ask ko lang po if is it required to have the Diploma and TOR red ribbon authenticated?

Also, one of my previous company already closed and I had 4 years there. So if mag pa statutory declaration lang ako, most likely with my former manager hindi na din siya connected with the company, is that okay? Plus kelangan ba talaga mag provide ng payslip or ITR for every companies? Thanks!

certified copies are fine, no need for red ribbon. You can get a stat dec from your previous manager, then you need to attach evidence of employment such as COE, couple of pay slips, tax assessment, SSS employment history or any other evidence na nag work ka dun sa company.

sorry mejo matagal ako nawala. anyway, from which school pala ikaw grad? and how about your husband which school din ? pag CEP Sec 1 ung school, di na chinecheck un grades, normally for sec 2 lang. kaso minsan depende dins a school. like for someone 1 know, her school is from CEP Sec 2, may 5 din sia but then her degree was assessed as equivalent to bachelor's degree. u wouldnt know unless u try, but of course, you must know the risk and check who is more practical na mag apply as main applcant. Syempre the cost of application is not cheap din.

Kung nagpa assess po kayo tapos failed, and gusto niyo po subukan ulit ang assessment.

How long should we need to wait for the next assessment?
Do we have to pay again for the re-assessment?

If you have received an ACS result letter and you disagree with the result, you may lodge either a Review application or an Appeal application. Both applications incur a fee of $395 and they will take 3-4 weeks to be processed.

These applications can only be lodged within <b>60 days</b> of the date on your ACS result letter. Once outside of the 60 day period you will be required to lodge a <b>new application</b>.

Either review or re-assessment there's still payment.

Based from the list of requirements on the first page:

Birth certificate (from NSO) or passport

Degree Diploma / Certificate

TOR (Transcript of Records) - A legend explaining the grading system must be included!!!

COE (Certificate of Employment) / Employer Reference Letter

Here are some few questions:

For Degree Diploma, do I need someone to authorize the scanned copy?
TOR, kailangan din ba may signature ito from the school?
For COE should I include the COE for my previous company? (mahirap kunin kasi nasa Cebu, currently nasa Manila ako)
Na mention kasi yung thesis work sa additional documents, should I include this also?
Granted I will pass the assessment, so this will be valid for 2 years right? I can lodge a visa application within the next 2 years?

Here are some few questions:

For Degree Diploma, do I need someone to authorize the scanned copy?

*Yes every document you need to send must be certified true copy, that's easy, any public notary here in the Phil will do (photocopy original then copy will be the one stamped with 'certified true copy')

TOR, kailangan din ba may signature ito from the school?

*Usually the school will have its standard format, the school registrar usually signs it then with school seal

For COE should I include the COE for my previous company? (mahirap kunin kasi nasa Cebu, currently nasa Manila ako)

*If you want that certain experience to be assessed then you have to comply with the requirements, you may still have previous colleagues working for that company, doesnt hurt to ask. Make sure you explain that COE needs to have all the required info. Send them the ACS sample.

*I was never asked for my thesis, usually if they need additional docs from you the assessor will contact you.

So you guys had all your documents copied then all copies there is a stamp to notify that it's a certified true copy?

Thank you for answering @guenb kahit mahaba tanong ko hehe gusto ko lang malinaw kasi DIY route gagawin ko at mejo mahal ang pa assess tapos may fee pa pag magpa reassess kaya dapat sure tlaga hehe

@tomangelo yes everything should be 'certified true copy' including the TOR, not to worry about the questions, we're here to help. Backreading this thread will also give you a lot of ideas.

ung mga original documents nyo ba na COE, passport, etc is pina-scan copy nyo ba then ung scan copy ang pinatatakan nyo sa notario then save as pdf na colored?

Additional question:

Yung mga persons indicated sa COE like yung mga may signature dun, do we need to provide proof sa kanila, like driver's license nila or etc? hindi kasi specified sa requirements sa ACS.

@tomangelo afaik, hindi na kailangan. Basta ensure na may contact details ng signatory sa coe mo..

@wingleaf iirc, kapag coloured copy na nascan mo, you can upload it directly.. Yung black and white copies lang ang kailangan naka ctc..

@wingleaf as long as legit yung license nia okay yun, punta ka city hall I'm sure madami dun, mura pa singil & do it in bulk baka mkhingi discount. Yung coloured photocopy pwede yun kahit hindi certified pag mgppsa sa DIBP na, pag ACS need lahat certified.
