Hi guys. Question lng regarding affidavit/statutory declaration, kailangan ko ba gumawa ng sarili kong template with details then papirmahan sa lawyer or notary public? Or sila na mismo gagawa nito and need ko lng ibigay yung details like name, position, especially the responsibilities and duties then saka ko ipepresent sa manager ko for signature?

Hello @psalms5110 , clarify ko lng dun ba sa notary sa cityland herrera tower sila na magpoprovide ng stat declaration and need ko lng ibigay yung mga details na kailangan nandoon as per ACS requirement? Balak ko din kasi dun na lng magpanotary and pagawa ng affidavit/stat declaration if ever. Thanks!

about din pa din stat dec, ok lang po ba din na sa pilip[inas company pero dito ako sa SG mag pa notaryo since nandito din ang TL ko dati.

@pinoycoder @shielalables got my ACS results today, very favorable naman! salamat sa mga inputs and advice. Now reviewing for PTE-A target to take the exam is by end of July. Do you think 1 month is enough, if I will be doing around 2-3 hours of study a day after office? Thanks ulit sa lahat and God Bless to all!

Yup! Doable tlga xa pero xempre depende pa rin sa english skills natin.

Listening, Reading - Practice and memorize ung examination guidelines

Speaking - clear, crisp and take ung practice exam para alam mo where you are right now in terms of points. There are several guide dun sa isang thread para sa "speaking template"

For South Australia na visa 190 yan na minimum 70pts, for all other states wala pa naman ata announcement kung ggaya sila

@pinoytalker hmmm, nasa timeline ko naman po, 65points lahat nakuha ko. lagot tlga kc mas mataas na requirement sa SA, ibig sbhn mas marami ng nag-aapply ngaun na maraming qualification.

let's hope positive ung sa ACS mo.

non ict bachelor degree course (section 1) po balak mag apply as skilled independent 189 Developer Programmer.

would i still get 15 points under qualification ?
Under overseas work experience: I've read na nababawasan yung years of experience mo pag under RPL starting from the date na na assess as skilled ka na. if thats the case then pwede ko ba ipa assess yung buong 14 years work experience ko (may nabasa kasi ako na recent 10 year work experience lang yung icoconsider). Iniisip ko na kung magbabawas sila eh pwede bang duon nila ibawas sa pinaka una kong naging trabaho 14 years ago since developer/programmer job din naman sya.

Yaaaay great news! Good luck bro! IELTS kasi pinili ko since dun ako mas comfortable, kaya naman yan. Dedicate ka lang ng oras everyday. 🙂

I think you can claim 15 pts as long as ACS assesses your qualification as bachelor's degree.

Based from the <a href="https://www.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0016/7324/Summary-of-Criteria-2014.pdf">Summary of Criteria</a>, they will assess all relevant work experience. As I read from another forum, sa EOI daw yung 10 years experience lang yung imimention mo.

Yes. Kung walang related sa course units dun sa job description, usually, mas mataas binabawas na years.
Why RPL? Skills assessment lang ginagawa namin sa ACS. Only 10years lang pwede ipa-assess, unfortunately. Sayang.
