@Heprex ikaw gagawa ng stat dec tpos papa approved mo sa manager mo kng ok yng roles and responsibilities na nilagay mo.. sa tamang process dapat sa harap ng attorney pipirma yng manager mo then CTC pero most of the case pinipirmahan na lng ng manager then pa CTC mo yng Stat dec then hingi ka sa HR ng general na COE since hindi sila nag bibigay ng may roles and responsibilities at kng makahingi ka ng letter of explanation sa HR na hndi sila nag bibigay ng COE na may Job description.

Sa mga company na ayaw magbigay ng COE na may job description, I tried submitting job description with HR signature and tinanggap naman ng ACS. Yung JD lang to from HR at pinastamp ko lang name with signature

@eric290 Thanks! called them, pero ayaw nila. Generic COE lang tlga mapipiga ko sa kanila.

@Hunter_08 No format naman yung stat dec noh? umabot ng 2pages sakin. pede ko ba pacheck sayo. 🙂 hehehe

but it could go the other way around and they would convince you to stay with them (probably give you a bond after a business trip) if you're a good employee

Haha ganitong-ganito nga ang nangyari. Matagal na kasing plano yung business trip namin sa US, pero ngayon puwede pa rin naman daw akong sumama pero may bond na.

Tungkol po pala sa sa certification ng documents, pa-notaryo lang naman po yun di ba?

Hello guys, usually ilang days po processing? I submitted my documents last Aug 2 and until now nasa Stage 4 padin. Okay lang po ba yon? Or pwede ako mgfollow up?Thank you!

@bailey ako sa tingin ko di pa kelangan mag follow up kse may note dn cla dun sa form na 12weeks ung processing time. pero sure naman cguro na hndi aabot ng ganun katagal. 🙂

@jayrb03 yun din naisip ko baka sabihin lang din sakin 12weeks processing time hehe unusual lang yata talaga ngayon medyo matagal compared sa iba hehe thank you!!

@bailey, malapit na yan. Yung sa akin, 2 weeks na nasa stage 4 before ako nakatanggap ng email compared sa kasabayan ko (friend) na 1 week lang. Iba ibang case. kapit lang.

mejo matagal ata processing ngyn. a friend submitted same time as yours, same din stage 4 pa rin. no need to follow up kasi around 3 months tlaga standard processing time nila. mejo naswertehan at mabagal sila ngyn.

newbie po, I'm currently working as Sr. Web Designer for more than 10yrs. Work at home po with same company which is base sa US. Ask lang po if sa ACS ako dapat magpa-assess and what Skill select po sya dapat?

Good day sa inyo! Student po ako ngayon dito sa CDU at pang 2nd month ko pa lang.

Paano po ba ako magsisimula? Meron akong 5 yrs experience sa middle east as programmer pero nagnetworking ako CISCO yun nga lang ang certificate ko CCNA. Meron daw kaseng nag aapply at from student naging skilled worker or visa 190.

baka meron kayong sample Statutory Declaration? Ayaw na kasi magbigay ng COE with job responsibilities yung dati kong company sa pinas sayang din yung 7 years of working experience ko dun.
