Scenario is yung dating company ko sa pinas, Accenture (ACN) nag bigay lang ng standard COE + disclaimer letter na "standard practice nila ang hinde
nagbibigay ng detailed job duties sa COE"
Q1. Statutory Declaration with corroborative information with 3rd party lang ang option ko?
Work duration ko sa ACN is from Year 2003 to Year 2007, naka 4 different projects ako at 4 different managers/leads
As of Today, yung dalawang managers/leads ko employed pa rin sa ACN pero yung other 2 managers/leads ko nde na employed at nasa SG na nag work.
Q2. Since naka 4 different projects ako at 4 different managers/leads, dapat ba silang lahat mag sign sa statutory declaration ko?
Sama-sama silang lahat sa Isang statutory declaration or 4 individual statutory declaration for each of them ang gawin ko?
Q3.Assuming na 4 individual statutory declarations ang gawin ko, yung 2 from pinas and the other 2 dito sa SG. Pag dalhin ko yung
statutory declarations sa SG Australian embassy, kailangan ba ng Australian embassy yung personal appearance ng 4 managers/leads ko?
Q4. Yung signed by Australian embassy na statutory declarations, kailanga pa ba e CTC tapos submit sa IT ACS?
Q5. Pwede na kaya yung format na ito?
