Yung payslips/ITR alam ko magandang madagdag pero dun na sa mismong Visa application hindi sa submission para sa ACS.

Pag dito kasi sa Pinas okay na sa Notary Public.

Kumukuha pa lang ako ng COEs. Yun aassessment ng ACS for number work experience and educational background yun ang gagamitin for Visa pointing system dba?

Kung sakaling AQF Bachelors makuha ko -2years ang work experiences, so nasa 4 nalang. Gusto ko sana umabot kahit 5+ years.

@aJeff Parang di naman ata lahat binabawasan automatically ng 2 years. Yun isang kakilala ko full 8 years work experience na-count niya towards points. Nakuha na nya visa grant niya.

@auitdreamer I see. Siguro not all, pero 1 year lang naman na 7years na ako. Tatapusin ko pa kasi itong contract ko overseas. 🙂 Medyo bago pa lang ako dito. ssshhh! haha.

Anyways, ayon sa signature mo may PTE - A Mock Exams ka, nag purchase ka online? Congrats pala sa PTE-A Exam mo. 🙂

As far as I know they will still assess yung degree, they will determine it as bachelor or diploma equivalent. If his work experience will be not closely related they will deem him unsuitable for migration. Take note yung requirements for skilled migration are:

You might be eligible to apply for this visa if invited. When we sent your letter of invitation, you must also have:nominated an occupation that is on the relevant skilled occupation list

<b class="Bold">obtained a suitable skills assessment for that occupation</b>not yet turned 50 years of age

achieved the score specified in your letter of invitation based on the factors in the points testat least competent English.

So if you're aiming for the following visas 189, 190 and 489 your husband is required to have a suitable result in skills assessment.

@aJeff One time use lang sya eh. $50+ yung gold package pero worth it naman kasi dun mo tlaga malaman kung handa ka na ba mag actual test.

Wala naman akong masabi sa MacMillan/Kenny N kasi di ko sila nagamit. tcyonline gamit ko para sa practice tests kasi timed at recorded ang mga speaking answers kaya madaling ma-review. yung official scored practice test kasi di nababalikan yung sagot.

Hello Guys,

I already got my ACS result. I asked for assessment for Systems Analyst pero according to result, hindi daw closely related. However, they recommended that my skill is suitable to group code 1351XX (ICT Project Manager, ICT Managers NEC, Chief Information Officer) which is nasa under ng CSOL (for nominated and sponsorship applicants). Any advise on how to proceed? I was actually eyeing Skilled independent application for systems analyst kaso hindi lumusot.

@tonzap26 i think best move would be to accept ict project manager or what you think is the closest para mka 2years deduction ka lang, then take pte and claim 20pts. Once they've assessed na your documents it's still with ACS kasi yung last say. Good luck! You're still eligible nman for PR, visa 190 specifically.

@guenb thanks guenb. 2 years lang ba ang deduction if i choose their recommended occupation? I have researched all today and all roads lead to subclass 190 application instead.

@tonzap26 not sure since it depends on your degree, can be 2-5 years.

guys,ok kaya sa acs yung instead na stat dec, pipirmahan na lang ng manager ko yung duties sa paper na may company letterhead?di daw sya comfortable sa affidavit e,masyado daw legal docu..nakakuha na ko generic coe sa hr.

@Ern natanong ko na rin yan dati dito, may nakagawa na rin dito nyan... mas ok daw kung may note dun sa generic CoE na di naglalagay ng duties HR, and pwede refer sa letter from manager. then pag upload magksama dapat sa PDF yung dalawa.

ganun din ginawa ko sa isang employer ko... yung pinagawa ko sa manager ko dati is nandun din details nung nasa generic CoE para. Ako kasi gumawa ng draft and pinapirmahan ko sa kanya. nagsubmit na ako sa ACS last Tuesday and kanina nag Stage 4 (with Assesor) na. so tingin ko ok naman mga documents na sinubmit ko... hoping for positive result. =)
