@iska03 minimum talaga 2years yung deduction, pero dpat closely related yung course vs noc mu para 2years lang. Read further na lang sa guidelines my explanation dun regarding sa kung anung work yung counted. May ganito kasing scenario:
Example 2 – Employment BEFORE the qualification:
You complete 2 years of relevant work experience from Jan 2003 until Jan 2005
You complete another 2 years of relevant work experience from Jan 2006 until Jan 2008
You complete a 3 year relevant Bachelor degree in Jan 2011
You complete a final 1 year of relevant work experience from Jan 2012 until Jan 2013
The “Skill Level Requirement Met Date” will be Jan 2011 because this is the date BOTH the relevant work experience AND the relevant qualification are completed
Only relevant work experience completed after Jan 2011 is considered “Skilled Employment” and eligible for migration points test
All work experience completed before Jan 2011 is NOT eligible for migration points test.
So it's possible na if 2years lang required nila sayo, baka pwede ka mgka points for 2014 onwards na work. Mag-pa assess ka na lang if I were you, ACS pa din naman my final say, you'll never know if you don't submit. Anyway if 2014 onwards by 2017 ka pa mgging eligible for 3yrs=5pts on work experience.
