Hi Guys. I'm applying for Systems Administrator. Ang state sponsorship niya is available lang for Darwin and Adelaide. Is there a way I can move to Sydney? And suggestions? Thanks in advance.

@roneggy once matapos mo yung 2 years stay sa darwin/adelaide, pwede ka na mag move anywhere in AU.

Mga Sir/Madam,

Alam nyo ba kung kailangan pa ulet magpare-assess sa ACS kapag di ka naman lumipat ng company at di pa naman expired yung assessment before? Gusto ko kasi ma-credit yung months after ma-assess nila ako nung June 2016 eh.

@killua27 AFAIK, no need for re-assessment, you have to provide proof from your current company that you're still with them and working on the job you assessed for. I would suggest, if you got an invitation - secure a COE again (perhaps general COE) showing latest date. Btw, this is my plan as well.

Nakalipat ka na ng company? If gusto mo ma-credit yan, need mo magpa re-assess AFAIK. If hindi naman makakadagdag sa points mo yan, wag ka na magpa re-assess.

EDIT: D ka naman pala lumipat ng employment, ok lang yan.. no need to have your COE re-assessed.

@momsienikki yup,kailangan lang ng stat dec pag walang job description ang coe na ipapasa mo sa acs.otherwise,no need na.

hindi po recognized and CCNA and MCSA. CCNP and MCSE lang po. below statement taken from the assessment guidelines.

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) & Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications are not

accepted by the ACS.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is not accepted by the ACS.

@lipatbahay Sir, Cisco and Micorsoft lang ba tinatanggap na certificates ni ACS? Meron kasi ako certificates from other vendors eh. Thanks!

Actually these are equivalent to AQF Diploma only, so if your degree is assessed as bachelor then why bother, in my opinion lang naman...

Guys. If state sponsored ka, meaning ba dun ka lang sa state na yun pwede manirahan at magwork? Or pwede din tumira pansamantala sa relative sa ibang state habang naghahanap ng work at place to stay sa state na nagsponsor sayo? Thanks!

@pumpupkiks I can't say for certain kasi di ko naman alam yung details mo like school, etc. Pero most likely pumasok ka either dito:

Diploma and Vendor Certification

 If your Diploma or Vendor Certification is assessed as having an ICT major which is closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 5 years relevant work experience completed within the past 10 years or 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history (whichever provides the earliest skill date) to meet the suitability criteria.

 If your Diploma or Vendor Certification is assessed as having an ICT major which is NOT closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history to meet the suitability criteria.

Ang important na lang now to remember is you can only have work experience points after your Skill Level Requirement Met Date.

@roneggy afaik upon arrival you are obliged to live/work in the state which sponsored you. Pero it it's temporary lang nman sa other state, I think that's okay.
