Ano yung eksaktong nakasulat sayo? Gusto ko lang din maintindihan yung case mo. Parang unfair naman na last 10 years lang ang ma-aassess ng ACS? Papano naman kung more than 10 years ka na nagwowork diba?

Yes @rich88, nandun lahat ng work experience ko nung nagpa-assess ako sa ACS, Sa case ko kasi I'm working since Aug 2003. Bale tinanong ko yung assessor ko, ang computation na binigay nya saken eh ganito:
July 2016 - 10 years = Aug 2006 - 2 years deduction = August 2008 (so 8 years na lang natira saken)
eh between Aug 2008 and 2016 ay meron ako unemployed year. so ayun 6+ lang pwede ko ma-claim (Kita din sa assessment yung gap).
Medyo unfair nga, pero clear naman un sa ACS website (pdf) na 10 years lang ung i-aassess nila.
At yun nga, sana pwede ko i-claim yung work experience ko bago magexpire yung ACS assessment ko... para wala na deductions? kasi as long na-i-assess ni ACS yung work experience ko eh di talaga aabot sa 8 years eh...
