190: PR visa. You can enjoy all PR benefits once granted this visa. No difference with visa 189 aside from the fact that you must work and stay anywhere in the state that sponsored you for 2 years before you can move out to other states if you wish to.
489: temporary visa for 4 years. No benefits. You can only work and stay in the regional area of the state that sponsored you unless you get a PR visa (887). You must stay a minimum of 24 months in the regional area and should have worked at least 12 months cumulatively before being eligible for 887.

pagsinabing state sponsored like South Australia, meaning I can stay or work anywhere sa state na yan? pagsinabing regional meaning dun lang ako magstay and work sa iisang lugar? or mali pagkakaintindi ko sa regional? please correct me. thank you again.
