Hello @momsienikki it's fine that your husband started with PTE before the ACS assessment. You can do PTE and ACS assessment in parallel. Btw, what is your husband's course and school's section? You could potentially pre-determine the deduction of skilled employment years

@momsienikki tama po si @auitdreamer, ok lang mauna ang PTE. inuna ko nga eh kasi matatagalan ang preparation ko tapos di ko pa naabot ang desired scores.

@momsienikki tama si @auitdreamer wala naman mali. Ako din naman, nauna ako mag pa sched ng PTE exam, parang yun yung naging trigger ko na "this is it", I'm starting na. 😃 Don't be afraid sa deduction ng experience, ang importante is "suitable". 🙂

Ok na yung review ko. Na meet ko na yung at least 5 years experience para maka 10pts sa skilled employment.

Yung AQF Diploma, di na talaga nabago. Dahil daw nasa section 3 ang school.

@momsienikki By the way, no need to worry about the deduction kasi normal lang talaga yun na meron. Typical is about 2 years deduction. Kasi they count the first 2 years as parang qualification.

Com Sci po sya. UST grad with 6 years exp. So if ever, 4 years lang po credited sakanya? And question po.. mag 7 years sya sept 2017. Need po ba magpa assess ulit?

@auitdreamer haha! Paranoid lang ako. Naisip ko lang na if ever magpa assess muna, maprepressure kang taasan score mo para maabot mo target score. 🙂 How did your PTE go by the way? Ooooh. I see. May pros pala pag nauna english exam.

@momsienikki Fixed na din naman kasi talaga lalabas sa assessment. Di mo naman mababago kung ilang years na ang experience mo at present. Safe to assume na based on the section of your school kung ilan yung ibabawas na years. And then just work on getting the highest score possible sa PTE. 😃 By the grace of God, I was able to get 20 pts based on my PTE.

@auitdreamer wow! Galing! Ano pinaka mahirap na part? Describe image ngayon nirereview namin e. Mahirap ba repeat sentence? Sa school ba naka depende yung years na ibabawas?

@momsienikki I see, most likely 2 yrs yung deduction (but still depends on his nominated job, and the COE he could provide). And for Sept. 2017 no need for re-assessment, he could ask his existing company to provide another generic COE (proof that he is still with the same company)
