@freakazaa Thanks. I think FICO sya. Same lang din ba yun? Sapat na ba Exp ang 4yrs. Kinakabahan ko kase ECE din sya. If bachelors degree assessmnent nya as ICT minor, tingin ko sapat na yung 4yrs deduction. kaso galing din sya sa section 3 school even though pasado din sya sa licensure examination, medyo doubt pa din ako eh.

Saka, for partner skill points, need din ba nya ng English assessment? or sapat na din ang CEMI?

@Heprex Deduction pag Bachelor's Degree na ICT Minor ay either 5 or 6 years. So baka kulangin yung work exp nya for a suitable assessment.

Pag mag claim ka ng partner skill points, need magpa-assess kasi requirement ang Competent English. Yung CEMI, proof lang ng Functional English. Di ako nag claim ng partner points so wife ko kumuha lang ng CEMI.

Hi Guys, question regarding the COE provided by my current company. They have given me a generic copy and they refuse to give me a detailed one. I've created my own supporting document as per ACS guideline signed by my Manager. Do I still need to secure a copy of my Manager's COE?

@raldy10626 Nope, just prepare some of your payslips just to prove your employment. That's what most people did here. 🙂

Hi,

How true na every 5 years ay nagbabago and na-revisit ang Philippine Schools and Sections? Does anyone have the most updated list? As per my MARA agent my school was section 3 5 years ago but listed as section 2 right now, and I could get a AQF - bachelor degree since my GPA is equivalent to 88-90%..

I am not sure if I should believe her though.. any thoughts?

@chmscrbbrfck AFAIK, the admin of this forum subscribed to a service which provides updates on the schools and sections every year. The one you're seeing now should be the updated one.

Grades doesn't matter in the ACS application. If your school is under section 2 and your subjects are related to the core subjects of your nominated occupation, then you'll most likely get an AQF bachelor assessment.

Qualifications

For this one, i have graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology (this is section 1 university category so maximum of 15 points is expected)

               At least a bachelor degree from 

               an Australian educational institution 

               or other degree of a recognised standard                        15

Anu po magiging varying factors ng pagiging IE ko?

Will this mean na hindi na ako qualified for 15pts under bachelor degree?

At paano mangyayari sa Skilled Employment ko in terms of points?

I am planning to get skillset 189 for this one.

All help and info and advises are welcome. I will be glad to read your feedback.

paano mo ba ginawa ung document na pinapirmahan mo? does it come with the company letterhead and contact info? if yes, then pwede un.

otherwise, statutory declaration ata ung kailangan mo and your manager should have signed it infront of a lawyer/notary public

Since non ICT related ang degree mo. You can try RPL sa ACS and Vetassess-PTA for your degree. You can claim 15 points if assessed bachelors sa Vetassess. And for ACS RPL assessment, it is possible na ma deduct ang 5-6 years exp mo as ICT business analyst, to meet yung suitability criteria nila, therefore you have 0 pts sa experience.

Hello po ask lang po ako ng tulong sainyo pasensya na medyo nalito lang ako about sa ACS checklist regarding dun sa present employer na reference..tama po ba na ang ilalagay ko dun sa statutory ko ung date ng start tapos ung finish is "to Date"? ganito po ung ginawa ko "November 12, 2012 to Date" correct me if im wrong? salamat po sa sasagot. or nakikiusap po ako paexplain nlng po sakin itong nakalagay dun sa acs application requirements:

(Start & Finish Dates of Employment - if currently employed, your "finish" date can be written as the "To Date", but the job reference must have the date when it was written or it will be assessed as not

suitable.)

Company letterhead

Date of hire

Contact No ng HR

Salary

Detailed duties

Problem ko lang sa ibang company naka 4 kasi ako haha

@emil1125 hi. I didnt do it as such, nilagay lang ng company na currentky working starting xx.xx.xxxx. Then ang kinuhang reference ng acs was the date the coe was written. I think pwede naman na "to date"

GUYS, re college degree with masteral na hindi natapos ---

College: BSBA computer management (assessed by ACS, Bachelor Degree Minor in Computing)

But --- hindi ko binigay ang copy ng grades ng MSIT (dahil di ko naman natapos, kulang ng thesis)

Would they still include that in the assessment? I mean, kaya kaya nilang gawing major in computing, tipong kukunin nila yung ivang subjects na kulang sa college dun sa masters?

question po. nagcocollect na kasi ako ng documents for ACS then ang kulang ko na lang is yung COE ng current employer ko so kahapon nag try ako pumunta sa law firm para ma-CTC na ang iba. sabi nila kailangan pa daw ng affidavit sa judge bago nila ma-CTC.

hindi ko na siya kinuntra kasi yun ang alam niya. ganun daw talaga ang process pag abroad. dun ako pumunta kasi 50 pesos per page tapos malapit lang.

kailangan ba talaga may affidavit? nung nagtanong kasi ako last time dito at sa mga nabasa ko, CTC lang talaga ang kailangan.

@jaceejoef Wag mo na sabihing pang abroad. Yung sakin sinabi ko for post-grad studies.
