@grapebella Tingin ko hindi Appeal application need mo. Review dapat. Appeal and Review ay mag kaiba. sa Appeal, di ka mag papasa ng additional documents kapag di ka satisfy sa result mo as a whole.

sa Review application naman, like nung iyo, if need mo ipareview yung mga unsuitable exp mo. Just prepare the additional docs, need mo mag provide ng mas detail pa na employment reference on how it really relates sa nominated occupation mo. Read the work details ng 263111 sa ACS to match sa employment reference mo.

Hi,

Does anyone here have taken or will be taking the RPL route for assessment? How strict are they when it comes sa details ng project reports? I believe these project reports are essay type and I'd like to ask for some tips if kelangan ba maglagay ng theories or it can be purely based on your own understanding and knowledge of the topics and sub topics.

hi all, question naman po, kailanga po namin ng husband ko ng additional points, hubby ko yung main applicant sa amin, ok na assessment niya sa EA,however 70 points na yata yung sa Prod Engr. Plan ko sana magpaassess sa ACS to get the 5 additional 5 points.

"a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your partner’s nominated occupation"

ano po bang kailngan kong result from ACS to satisfy yung statement above

Hi Everyone,

Nagstart na ko magcollect ng docs for ACS assessment. Question lang po:

if magsasubmit ng docs kay ACS pero color scanned copy naman ang isesend required pa ba ang CTC ?
Sa stat dec na gagawin ng supervisor ko para saken, lawyer ba ang magwiwitness nun ? If hindi, sino pwede ?
Sa lawyer ba nagpapaCTC ng docs ?

@boy_sisig Yung Stat Dec typically Notary Public ang nagnotarize and nagCTC. Notary Public din magCTC ng other documents.

@nehalem You must received a suitable assessment from ACS. Ingat lang sa SOL at CSOL.

kung ang hubby mo is nasa SOL. Dapat ang occupation na positive assessment sayo ng ACS ay nasa SOL din.

@16022017 either you are engaged, in defacto, or married. you can claim partner points, as long as he/she satisfy the requirements. 🙂

@Heprex @16022017 thanks, normal procedure din pla parang sa primary applicant din. Sa English lang pla may difference medyo mababa ng konti at least 6 (IELTS) or 50 (PTE) points sa each components. Thanks ulit

Hello all, question po. Nagpassess ako sa ACS and currently, hindi ko pa narreceive yung result. Natanggap ako sa new company and most likely, magstart na ako dun nang wala pa yung ACS result or before magEOI. Kailangan ko po ba magpaassess ulit sa ACS kahit hindi na ako magcclaim ng points para sa experience sa new company? Or enough na ba na magpass ako ng COE

Hi @nehalem so meaning same process, preparation of docs etc. and same amount to pay sa ACS for the skills assessment just for the additional 5 points?

@KarlaD I believe, if you will not claim any points from your new company - no need for ACS assessment. Make sure to have positive ACS assessment lang 🙂
