gusto ko lang po manigurado. hehe. graduate po ako ng AMA so katumbas nya is AU Diploma. bs computer science natapos ko. ang work exp ko is IT associate, programmer, senior software eng, systems analyst team lead ako ngyon. analyst programmer naman ang nominated occupation ko sa acs. so closely related nman yung mga exp ko sa natapos ko dba so 5 years ang need kong experience. pasencya na. kulit ko hehe

ang tagal kasi magbigay nung 1st company ko, parang iniipit. walang ba alternative document na pwede ipasa like certificate na binigay nila right after ng resignation ko kaso walang nakalagay dun na duties and responsibilities pero may company details, position and length of stay.

pati ba yung passport pwede na notary public lang? may nagsabi kasi sakin sa DFA daw kinukuha yung certified true copy ng passport.

so based sa mga taga AMA na nagpa-assess.. nabasa ko dito na, AMA BS degree is equivalent to AU Diploma... looking at the table in the link, 5 yrs ang required working experience to have a successful assessment..

so in your case, depende sa bachelor degree at school mo...

a) if your school's BS degree is equivalent to AU BS degree (IT related), then requirement is 2 yrs of work experience...

so assuming ganun nga, pwde kana magpaasses, kahit wala na ung 1st company detailed job description, kasi pasok na sa 3 years young 2nd company mo....

you can proceed with the assessment, and while waiting for the result, brasuhin mo ang 1st company, because you will need that for the DIAC's points on work experience =>5 yrs (10pts), compared to 3yrs work (5pts)

b) if your school's BS degree is equivalent to AU diploma, then requirement is 5 yrs of work exp..

therefore, kailangan mo macomplete ang lahat ng job description mo to have suitable assessment....

Now, pano mo malalaman lahat yan, magcheck ka dito sa forum nga kapareho mo ng school at degree... or check another way to check is if your school is classified as Section 1 in the school classification list..

diploma ko po from (BSU) bulacan state university. graduate ako ng bachelor of science in computer engineering. So as of now, i have 5yrs work experience as developer/programmer from May 2007 up to now within 3 companies. yung 1st year ko sa 1st company ko ang ayaw mgbigay ng certificate of duties and responsibilities. nanghihinayang naman ako na di isama kasi bka mamaya hindi pa ako makapasa dahil kulang pa. pero kung sa tingin nyo e papasa ako at OK na yun mag go go na ko! 🙂 hirap kac mgintay ng mgintay kung ayaw nman tlga ibigay nung 1st company ko.

@aprilcruise bka naman pwede mo kausapin ang supervisor or manager mo kay company 1. gawa ka ng statutory declaration (affidavit dto sa pinas) tapos papirmahan mo sa supervisor mo. may sample format dto ng stat declaration basta pagkapirma ng sup mo ipanotaryo mo. ganun din kasi ginawa ko sa first company ko dahil standard coe lang ang binigay sakin.

question pa po.sensya na daming tanong. mas mabuti na magtanong sa expert kesa sumabak ako e mamali pa. ilang copies po ba ng requirement ang kailangan ko panotaryo? ibibigay po ba ung notarized copies sa ACS and DIAC?

d ako expert pero base sa pinasa ko ung original copy ipaphotocopy mo tpos yun ang ipacertify true copy mo. dapat sabihin mo sa magnonotaryo yung word na certified true copies of the original eh nka indicate. dapat per page meron pirma ng atty. sa case ko ako na mismo nagsulat nun kc tinatamad atty hehe. tapos kung ok na lahat at napanotaryo mo na saka mo cya scan at yun ang isesend mo online sa acs. bali soft copy ang send sa acs.

isang copy lang per document ang ipanotaryo kc yun na din mismo ang scan at send sa acs. basta per page my pirma. at double check mo maige yung mga dates kung kelan ka nagstart at nag leave sa company kc minsan namamali. basta double check mo maige. yung duties and responsibilities mo idetailed mo maige. hehe.

AMA din ako. Diploma equivalent siya so 10 points. You need at least 5 years experience. Although depende sa course mo kasi si icebreaker AMA din pero 15 points kasi COE course natapos niya. Depende din sa subjects.

nakita ko na po yung template. affidavit pla ang kailangan ko kasi nasa pinas ako. pakichek po kung tama yung content na gawa ko baka kc may kulang o kaya mali.... ipapanotaryo po ito diba? so ito na mismo yung iiscan at ipapasa sa ACS right?

@aprilcruise oo ganyan nga. ikaw na magtype at print ng mga needed info tapos kung ok na papirmahan mo na sa supervisor mo at notaryo na. lagyan mo din pala ng contact number ng supervisor at address ng company.

@cchamyl wla pa balita eh. saktong one week pa lang naman din since nagpasa ko. sa tingin ko medyo matagal pa antayin ko.

basta pag may result na balitaan tayo ha. 🙂

about po sa School Sectioning, ang AMA University in QC is under Section 2, the rest of AMA Schools fall under section 3.

Automatic po ba na kapag galing ng Section 1 regardless kung anong course basta degree eh yun din ang equivalent sa OZ?

For Section 2 naman, kapag degree ka eh Diploma lang ang equivalent sa Oz?

Kapag Section 3 naman?
