@YoungJebediah what I did was I tagged the years deducted by ACS as not relevant. Para lang consistent ang ACS sa EOI and walang risk mag overclaim ng points.

@YoungJebediah still waiting for a grant, pero meron kasi ako nababasa na nadedeny dahil hindi consistent yung claimed pts nila sa assessment ng ACS. Sa mismong visa application form itatanong ulit yan. Basta lang maging consistent sa lahat.

@rvrecabar thanks bro for the reply. I think natagalan talaga dahil sa 7 different employee references meron ako for the last 8 years. Also anyone who can access the ACS portal to check yung APplication status nyo? to lang kasi lumalabas sakin na error

@silverblacksoldier @YoungJebediah actually you really have to declare the experience/s before the skill requirement level met date as not relevant sa EOI mo kasi ang bilang lang talaga ng skilled employment for points is yung after ng met date. most nga daw ng nagdeny for visa is because of overclaiming ng points sa EOI.

Hi Brader. I just came back from my visa application hiatus since na reach na yung quoata sa nominated skill naten.

I think pareho tyo Computer network and systems. I need 20pts din sa PTE to get 70.

Any idea bro kung kelan ma refresh yung quota sa nominated skill naten? TY.

@YoungJebediah you need to correct this. You shouldn't claim any points on employment since as you mentioned you can't. You need to be careful on whatever you claim in the EOI stage as whatever info you provide there must match the info you provide when you lodge your visa application.

Guys, help po. meron na ba case na nag pa update ng work exp nila sa ACS? pra ma add sa years ng work exp? Need ko kasi update yung sakin para maging 5yrs na. 4yrs and 9mos lang kasi nong nagpa assess ako.

Hi guys,

Question, dun sa EOI under employment, indicated dun na you don't indicate the end date if you are currently working on the same company. Does it mean na pwedeng magkaiba yung months assessed sa ACS and EOI for the last company? For example:

ACS assessment completed: 22 May 2017

Company A assessed as of 22 May 2017: 1 year and 3 months

EOI: applied 23 May 2017, no response yet.

Since tapos na ang June, will EOI continue to count the months as additional to your experience to Company A or stop din sila as per ACS? 1 month na lang kasi yung difference at madadagdagan yung points ko for experience.
