i doubt if papayagan ung contract for skill assessment since it wouldn't mention kung gaano katagal mong ginawa ung job na un.

though ang alam ko anyone within the company that you worked with can do the stat dec. they just need to state ano ung relation nyo. so you can ask one of your teammates. mas may bearing nga lang pag may position ung gagawa.

@sizzlingralph you won't need to apply for RPL, you'll be under non IT degree category.

@sizzlingralph Sorry, ignore my comment earlier. If your studies fall under minor IT then no need to do RPL otherwise you will have to apply via RPL. Good luck!

Hello po. I am new here and nagsstart na ko mag ayos ng documents for ACS. Based ako dito sa SG. Yung first job ko dito, under headhunter ako, sila din nagpapasahod sa kin pero deployed ako sa isang German company during my entire employment. Si headhunter makakapagprovide lang sa kin ng generic COE. So i need ng statutory declaration. Nakausap ko na yung ex-colleagues ko from the german company and ok sila to give me the reference letter. Question ko po, yung letter na iproprovide nila is using the letterhead of the German company, ok lang ba yun or dapat yung letterhead ng headhunter ko ang gamit? Or mas ok wala na lang letterhead. Worried kasi ako baka malito ang ACS kung bakit from another company yung statutory declaration vs yung generic COE ko from headhunter.

Need ang letterhead sir and corresponding Employer contact details. Okay lang yun sir kung yung letterhead ng German Company, for as long as ma justify naman nila na you've been working with them. Kasi pag tumawag yung ACS sa stat dec referal mo, ibabackground check nila yung referal mo kung dun talaga sila din nag work, then, chaka nila tawagan yung referal mo to verify your employment like your role, your day to day job, and your working relationship with your referral.

pwede kaya yung sa plain paper lang ang stat dec? tapos magaattach ako emp certificate ng ex-colleague ko tsaka kahit business card niya and then i-notarize?

only ung COE ung required na may letterhead nung company.

if you want to go via stat dec, you should draft the letter, isama ung colleague mo sa notary/law office and dun niya pipirmahan sa harap nung lawyer ung document.

I thought you were talking about the letter head of your COE.

Pero for stat dec, I mean for the stat dec document itself, no letterhead. Affidavit ang katumbas ng statdec sa pinas. Pero for the COE attachments, must have the official letterhead and contact details.

Teka summarize ko ulit with updates:

I worked for 4 companies. 2 sa PH and 2 sa dito sa SG.

PH Company 1 - HR will only provide a generic COE. So what i need to do is to either: 1. create an affidavit (with no letterhead) and have my senior ex-colleague sign. Tapos dalhin ko sa notary public. 2. Request my senior ex-colleague ng letter (with letterhead) and his coe and have it notarized. Tapos ang ipapasa ko both generic coe from hr AND either stat dec or ref letter from colleague

PH Company 2 - same with #1, generic coe lang din maproprovide ng hr plus another letter kung bakit di sila makakapagbigay ng detailed coe. There is no way din na makakaprint yung senior ex-colleague ko ng letter (with letterhead). So the only way is to create a stat dec, have him sign and ask for his coe and then have it notarized. Ang ipapasa ko are generic coe, explanation letter from hr, and stat dec.

SG Company 1 - under ako ng headhunter and deployed ako sa german company. Si headhunter will only provide generic coe. My senior ex-colleague from the german company can provide me letter (with letterhead). Ipapasa ko will be generic coe from my headhunter plus the letter from my senior ex-colleague.

SG Company 2 - where i currently work for. They are still checking if they can provide yung detailed coe.

Tama naman yung pagkakaintindi ko no?

@shobskie aw ang tagal na! Nagpa-assess ako nung March as Software Tester, wala pa atang 2weeks nakuha ko na. Ang tagal naman yata ngayon.

You advised pag via RPL route, work experience lang ang inaassess yeah? For proof of comparable australian qualification ang degree, nandiyan si VETASSESS to assess degree lang. I have 2 questions here:

1.VETASSESS will only assess degree if "COMPARABLE TO AU QUALIFICATIONS", regardless of related sya or not sa Job Code na plan mo?

Ex:

Psychology graduate sa Section 1 school pero ang lahat ng work experience is IT-Systems Analyst?

2.You also mentioned na hindi iaadvise ni ACS directly na magpaassess ako sa VETASSESS, pano ko malaman on the first place na ganun na need pala magpa-VETASSESS?

guys good morning, tnong lang sana, napilit kong magbigay ng detailed coe yung isa kong company (though hndi tlga sila nagbibigay ng detailed coe kasi protocol dw ng company yun ska di nila nilagyan ng "fulltime" and salary ko sa detailed coe na yun) literal lng na nilagay nila yung JD, position at start and end date, pde ko pa rin po bang isubmit yun sa ACS? lagyan ko n lng ng contract ska payslip as supporting docs? thanks po ng marami and GODbless. 🙂

yep,
normally, you need proof about your claims sa Degree mo, pede ka ma subject for visa refusal if you claim points pero walang supporting documents.

just my 2 cents lang naman. 🙂just sharing what others did. 😃

based on my experience, inde naman required ung salary details for COE sa pagpasa kay ACS.

although medyo concerned lang ako na walang word na "fulltime" dun sa COE mo since kasama un sa required info as per the ACS format. i would suggest that you try to ask ung company mo to add that minor revision else baka magkaproblem ka. better safe than sorry.
