Just received my ACS assessment results today. Positive, thank you, Lord!

Background lang, I am a Software Tester pero I was assessed suitable as Software Engineer. Automation and manual test ang experience ko, but most of my R&R ay tester tasks pa din.

Sa 2004-2017 work experience, 4yrs deduction, Bachelors Degree Major in Computing.

hi @shobskie, I'm planning to have my skills assessed this month. Sa application po ba ako mamimili if Software Tester or Software Engineer? Nag work na ako for 10yrs, 3.5 yrs as a programmer the rest as a tester. Thank you.

@baguiobeans yes, ikaw mamimili kung ano nominated skill mo. job title does not matter, as long as your roles and responsibilities are aligned sa description ng ANZSCO job code.

@shobskie hi, si hubby software engineer din pero last week monday nya lang nasubmit sa ACS. Gaano katagal turnaround time nila sayo since nagsubmit ka?

@agd nanghingi kahapon ng Marriage Cert since yung COE ng 1st job ko ay naka-maiden name. Section 2 school po. good luck sayo

@einra2k2 i see, salamat sa advice! very generic lang kasi ung job description na nilalagay nung company ko sa COE nila at 2 months ko ng hinihintay ung COE na nirequest ko 🙁( follow-up ko nlng.

Combined ba last year ang occupation ceiling for systems/business analyst? 1574 lang for 2017-2018 for both occupations

Magsusubmit po ako ng ACS pero hndi ko makita ung "Attachment Type" na sinasabi nila?? Can you help? (see attached screenshot) Nagbago na daw kasi ung website?

@mijikaye as far as I know, yes - since both are under same occupation ID: 2611. But strange almost 40% agad yung allotted.

I am new member here and I find this forum very informative and helpful to newbies like me. 🙂 Nagsstart pa lang ako mg collect ng requirements for ACS.

Tanong ko lang since hinde ko xa mahanap on old threads.

Pwede bang ipa-certified true copy lahat ng docs sa Philippines kahit na ung ibang documents (like COE) ay given abroad?

Di na po ba need na ipa-authenticate ung docs sa Philippine Embassy?

So ano lalagay kong filename? PDF.PDF? Ung sinasabi ko po yng Reference, Diploma na attachment types, wla kasi sa bagong site.
