Hello po..I had my assessment done by TRA for ICT customer support officer and Succesful sya. I am an IT graduate too. For my educational qualifications to be assessed (para rin malaman ko kung ilang points ang macclaim ko), do I have to do it with ACS, or Vetassess nalang pero Points Test Advice ang gagawin ko?

You can take RPL route, I'm not 100% sure about this though. Kase experience lang ang i-aassess pag RPL, but you need to demonstrate at least 6-8 years of experience sa RPL. A positive skill assessment is your gateway para makapag proceed.

@bino.third Hello, ece din ako, pero ang deduction is dependent kung gano karelative ng ece sa nominated occupation mo. I think the closest sa ECE is 263111. Which is 2 years deduction. But if ibang code, it will require at least 4 years of exp. meron din dito na 263111 na 4 years ang deduction kahit section 1 school. depende din sa assessor. In your case, safe zone to have a positive skill assessment is to have at least 4-5years of relevant exp.

@Heprex BS information technology sa AMA po..alam ko section 2 or 3 yun based sa nga nabasa ko..

@littlemsnanay alam ko AMA main campus lang yung section 2 pero the rest is section 3 ata.

@Hunter_08 hello! Oo di ako main campus eh..so section 3 sya.. Kelangan ba ACS ako magpaassess or pde na sa Vetassess under Points Test Advice?

@littlemsnanay I think if your occupation is in IT section the assessing body should be ACS not Vetassess.

@Hunter_08 ganun ba..ICT customer support ung pinaassess ko under TRA eh..then ung educational qualifications ko nalang ang kelangan ko ipaassess para malaman ko ilang points ang pde ko maclaim..naguguluhan ako talaga.. 🙁

meron kasi "ICT customer support officer" (TRA) at "ICT support engineer" (ACS), so depende nalang sa nominated occupation mo

Hello, I need to renew my assessment since it is expiring soon and Wala pa rin invite. Can I use yung same authenticated documents I submitted before or I need to authenticate again my docs?

@eric290 yup you can use the same docs that you used in your previous assessment.. mag attached na lang kayo ng updated COE nyo.

Hi everyone, I'm new here sa forum. I just want to ask something about the documents that needs to be submitted.

My COE does not provide "Description of Duties Performed". Can I use my job contract as a supporting document instead since it provides naman my duties/job description?
If I will be Statutory Declaration/Affidavit, can you provide me exact steps and information on how to do this?

Hello and good day mga sirs @Heprex @Hunter_08 thanks for sa pagiging active ninyo sa pagsagot ng mga inquiries ng mga nangangailangan 🙂

may question din po ako.

nakapagpa-assess na po ako pero nung March 2016 pa po then 24mos po ang validity, so dapat po before ito mag-expire makapag-submit na ako ng EOI or dapat may invitation na po talaga?
Ang plan ko po talaga is to apply for 189, pero gusto ko din po itry yung 190. Paano po kaya malalaman if may additional points na makukuha for 190?
May guidelines po ba kayo on how to write EOI for 189 and 190?
Once okay na po sa assessment and english test, and next step na po ba is to submit EOI or meron pa pong step in between?

Nakapag-ielts na naman po ako pero waiting for the result pa po, pero plan to take PTE din if di okay ang score ko sa ielts.

No. Otherwise ma-aassess yon as “Not Suitable due to lack of information”.

Gagamitin mo din naman yung COE w/ description of duties upon visa application, mag request ka nalang ulit. At that point palang magiging useful ang job contract as supporting document.

Step 1. Ask your current or previous supervisor/manager to do this for you.

       - kung ayaw nya, ikaw na mag draft tapos papirmahin mo nalang sya

       - kung ayaw talaga, ask a colleague nalang

       - contents of the document should be similar to your COE: 

       -- start-end dates, description of duties, country, etc.

       -- dapat naka specify din na sya ang supervisor/manager mo sa company na yon at magkawork kayo regularly

Step 2. Ipa-CTC (certified true copy) sa iyong suking notary public.

Additional lang sir, so I will be submitting the COE together with the affidavit tama po ba?

And should I include contact information of my manager/colleague in the affidavit?
