@pinesfly @Supersaiyan from my experience with cases we’ve handled, all 3 visa options have no guaranteed timeline in terms of invite grant. 189 invites are computer generated wherein it automatically grants invites based on points declared by applicants who lodged their EOI on a particular day. The higher the points, the higher the chances to be invited. Best to aim for the highest points possible.

@Supersaiyan , @fruitys , @patotoy salamat sa inputs niyo. So ibig sabihin pag nainvite ako kelangan ko na mag send ng payslip or ITR from ALL of my previous companies? Meron na kasi akong 8 companies before and ang payslips ko ay iilan lang usually yung mga nag bibigay lang. Pwede bako mag ask ng ITR's from BIR ? or pano kaya ang pwede kong gawin ? im thinking way ahead just incase mainvite 🙂 Salamat mga sirs!

Hi All, I just received the ACS result after ko sundan ung recommended anzsco code pero laki ng binawas sa experience ko almost 5 years, so bali 4 years lang pwede. My chance kaya kung makapag appeal ako? parang sa qualifications ko sila nagbawas bachelors degree natapos ko BSIT tas sa kanila AQF Advanced Diploma with a Major in computing. Bali tri sem kasi school namin so instead na four years ung course natapos ko lang in 3 years. @Heprex @patotoy /all po na nakaencounter ng ganito?

Tas ganito naman sa employement ko: The following employment after September 2014 is considered to equate to work at an approximately skilled level and relevant to 262113.

@pinesfly, depende po kasi ito kung anong section ng school po kayo nagtapos. 🙂

@ray1188 yup bro mas maganda kung magrequest kn ng 2316 records. Dati nag try ako mag request sa BIR directly, di daw sila nagpprovide instead sa company daw ako pumunta dahil online na daw filing non. Not sure mukang tinatamad yung mga tga BIR.

@Supersaiyan paanong anong section ng school? Kita ko sa signature mo same sa akin. Ung kay heprex nakapag appeal sya so bali 2 years lang deducted.

depende kung anu ang school mo, number of units at grades. kapag maganda lahat yan, pwede kang mag appeal.

yes, provide mo yung ITR at payslips sa lahat ng naging employer mo lalo na yung clinaim mong points. try to request sa company sa copy ng ITR or try mo din sa BIR.

kung categorized sya as section 3, matik diploma ang magiging assessment unless 5 years course po kayo at pasado ng board exam possible maging bachelor,

kapag section 2, 50-50 at dpende sa units kung magiging bachelor ang assessment sa inyo or diploma,

kapag nman section 1, matik na bachelor po ang magiging assessment sa inyo.

Thanks @Supersaiyan @patotoy bali category 2 ung school ko so mukhang 50 50 nga, sa units naman same sa ibang schools as far as i know. Palampasin ko muna this week to decide kung mag a appeal ako by monday.

Hello guys, I just received my assessment today and there seems to be an error in the start date of my employment history that they enumerated. The incorrectly state my start date as 2018 instead of 2017, hence short of 1 year. Can I just reply to the Tagillima skills email? I know the review and appeal have fees involved so I'm trying not to go down that path, besides, I believe this is just a typo error on their part.

The location of the other employment history is also incorrect.

@RheaMARN1171933 Thanks! Shall I wait for them to send me the corrected result before I submit my EOI? I'm planning to complete my EOI application and submit it but I'm torn between putting in the start date indicated in the ACS results which is incorrect and the correct date.

Which one should I follow? The incorrect date but has reference numbers to back it up, or the correct one which I do not have supporting documents yet?

@red_lippy you can either wait for their clarification or lodge your EOI and update it later. Most likely you won’t get a reply re eoi that soon anyway so you can just update your EOI as soon as. You won’t need to submit any docs yet upon eoi lodgement. Good luck

Hello guys, has anyone tried ACS review/appeal to get more work years of XP credit? I'm trying to weigh in the best option to get additional 5 points para on the safer side ako. My partner has not applied for the assessment so medyo matatagalan, kaya I'm going for the option na mas mabilis sana since naglodge nako ng EOI.

Hi Guys, tanong ko lang kung nag bigay ba kayo ng certification from your school regarding sa ICT content ng course? Or yung ACS na bahala mag assess nun based on the transcript? Salamats 🙂
