@RheaMARN1171933 noted po mam rhea! nga po pala mam, yung concern po namin ng wife ko. Nainvite po sya for visa 189 lodging nitong Nov 11, 2018. Bale po ang nailagay nya pa din ung 2008 sa EOI, mukang naoverlook nya ung note ng ACS na nagminus 2 year sila. 2010 dapat po ata ang nailagay sa EOI. Right now po mag 10 years work experience na sya. At since 2008 ang nailagay nya, 15 points po yun. Pero kung susundin ung nilagay ni ACS after 2010, 15pts pa rin naman po yun diba? So hnde po sya nagoverclaim. Tama po ba? Do we still proceed to lodge our visa? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@jspaz0313@gmail.com if the error does not affect the points being claimed, it’s ok to proceed but just explain it on a cover letter upon visa lodgement. I have not handled your case so just based itbon what you posted which may or may not be accurate so you just have to really make sure that indeed the error won’t affect your claim. Good luck.

Hello po, baka meron po dito same case, hingi lang idea kng worth it ba magpare-assess sa ACS.

First Assessment - Exp 2010 - 2018 - Result ok with 4yrs deduction

Now, I am planning to have re-assessment to include my work Exp below

2009-2010. (13 months din yun)
Dec2013-Feb2014 (3 months - hndi ko rin to naisama sa first assessment)

Bale 14 months din kasi yung pwdeng madagdag sa exp ko and if mag-ok pwde pa ulet makakuha ng addt’l 5 pts.

@patotoy ah ok bro, salamat... worried lang baka kasi magkaproblema dahil hndi ko naisama last assessment. reason ko kasi is mababawasan kasi ako ng 5pts dahil sa age 33 na ako this Jan 2019 para lang ma-maintain yung pts ko kng maging ok yung re-assessment.

kapag nainvite ka sa Dec 11, no need ng magpa reassess kahit mag minis 5 ka sa Jan 2019 dahil nag 33 ka na. ang importante ay ma prove mo yung clinaim mong points nung nainvite ka.

kapag feeling mo hindi ka aabutan ng invite sa next rounf, magpa re-assess ka na para umaandar na ang papers mo.

yes as long as ma satisfy mo requirement nila, may possible na mainvite. ang mahirap lang sagutin ay kung kailan dahil walang trend sa v190 at v489.

@ccvsq each case has s very individual so it’s difficult to rely on the outcome of other applicants. Based on the x amount of cases we’ve handled, not any one circumstance is ever the same.

@ccvsq ECE din ako at nasa IT field din (261313 din code ko) naging possitive naman assessment ko yun nga lang 4 yrs ang binawas ni ACS sa work experience ko.

@patotoy bro, plan ko parin magpare-assess at idagdag yung unang work experience sa assessment sayang din kasi kng maging ok,

need ko pa ba magupload ng bagong COE para sa current employer ko kahit same employer parin naman ako nung nagpa-assess ako nung una? thanks

Hello guys, ask ko ln nagpaassess na kasi ko sa ACS, bali coloured ung sinend ko then hiningan pdn ako ng naka certified. Ang question ko is naghingi din sila ng resume? Anong klaseng resume ba un? any format na required sundan o kahit ung nakaprepare na sakin? Thank you!

@von1xx hi yung partner ko hiningan din sya ng resume. So we just made sure na same ng jd na nilagay nmin sa resume nung nasa coe. At about the documents.. did you have it certified true copy? Sa lawyer? Kailngan un..check mo ung guidelines ng acs

@anntotsky thank you! pwede po ba mahinga ung sample? kahit screenshot ln po kc ung resume ko mostly achievements ung nilagay ko hindi mismo ung detailed duties. Bali ngayon pina ctc ko na lahat para sure, need din pala kahit coloured documents ung sinend.

Hi guys, @RheaMARN1171933 @patotoy and other forum members, just would like to seek your insights, since my current employer will retrench our department at the end of this year and would be needing for another employer next year, given that I already have a positive assessment last year with my current employer being assessed and already knew the "met date", do I still need to apply for reassessment from ACS for submitting EOI since I'll be having a new employer starting next year? Would it affect the possibility of getting visa be approved in the long run?

@mamamilk sa pinas sobrng mura may kakilala kmi notary..they ask me to pay 40php per page. Pero meron ding 200php per page..try nyo sa munoz mas mura..dito sa SG 70 ata red ribbon (required sya dito) then 5-10sgd ata per page... so gawin nyo ipunin nyo lahat ng docs nyo then saka kayo punta sa munoz or sa murang lawyer..then tawad pa kyo ahhaa kc ung akin sa dami ng pina ctc ko 40php/page inabot ata ng 2k pesos.pro dhil kilala ko 1500 nlng daw heheh

Sa work experience nman anntoksky_companyname_employment_certificate

Dko sure if it matters pero kc may nakalagay ata sa acs na ung file is dpt ganito ganyan (correct me if im wrong) so basta ginawa nming standard lahat..puro name then ung kung ano ung doc
