Hi Guys, question lang, meron kasi akong skills assessment from ACS last June 2018, tpos ung 1st work experience ko is from 2008-2011, my question is may nabasa ako na ung work experience should be within 10yrs lang, mag lodge palang kasi ako EOI, pa explain naman po ibig sabihin ba non ndi macocount ung work ko ng 2008-2011 since ung start date is 2018 or ung end date ang basehan.. Salamat in advance

2008-2011 - 3yrs (minus 2yrs)

2012-2019 - Present

Guys, share ko lang po good news and encouragement na rin siguro sa mga nakarecieve ng Associate Degree assessment. Maraming salamat din sa forum na ito, nagkalakas ako ng loob na mag-apply for an appeal. Section 2 po kasi school ko though thru the help of this forum nalaman ko na may chance pag GPA mo is 1.0-2.0. It's a risk that we took kasi po hindi lahat ng nag-aappeal positive ang result. although, sabi nga ng mga superheroes dito sa forum natin, 🙂 hindi mo malalaman yung result unless hindi mo itry. Same way din po by Faith, sabi nga nila "If you will not ask, then the answer will always be a no."

To cut the story short, nareceive ko na po appeal result and got a favorable assessment of AQF Bachelors Degree! Praise God!!

Good Morning Guys,

I was inquiring lang sana kay kung bakit Diploma ang assessment sakin ni ACS at kung puedeng mag appeal. (section 3 school, BS Information technology, GWA below 2.0) Pero mejo nagulat lang ako sa sagot nya.

“We assessed your Bachelor’s degree comparable to a Diploma which is not closely related to your nominated code.”

263111 ang job code ko. meron pa bang mas ideal n job code sakin eh more on systems and network nmn ang mga previous jobs ko.

@RheaMARN1171933 same lang din po ng reason sa msg ko. 🙂 Not sure if nabasa nyo po though I tried asking you po privately and on page 559 of this thread if may chance yung case ko (dun din guys yung details ng unang result ko) . Although wala ako nareciv na reply which i perfectly understand po kasi sa sobra dami na nagtatanong sa inyo you cant always read and reply to all questions. Pero oks lang po. Kaya yun po nagstep of faith na lang po ako. And un mabait po si Lord!

In behalf po sa mga ka pinoyau forum ko salamat din po pala sa mga helpful replys nyo. Madami din kame natututunan.

@Devi@nt19 the reason I asked is I hope you didn’t pay for the appeal if they didn’t recignise your qualifications as a bachelor degree prior. I’m just thinking it might have been something they overlooked before and if that’s the case, you should have not paid for it.

Hello po! BS ECE grad here from section 2 school applying for Analyst Programmer skilled occupation with ₁₀ years experience as programmer analyst (more on Business intelligence). Nagpprepare pa lang po ako for skills assessment - aiming to apply to ACS this week! 😃

Tanong ko lang po if makakatulong sa pagdetermine ng 'SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENT MET DATE' ang pagsubmit ng certificates (certifications, trainings attended) gaya ng Java and SAS certifications?

Since ECE grad ako, most likely 4 years mababawas sa total work experience ko - sayang ng points if hindi ako pumasok sa 8-10 years category sa # of work experience.
