@sparkfire follow the requirements on the ACS guideline provided on the website. The thing with COE, it just confirm your employment and of course it’s not surprising if there is a standard format for companies. This isn’t what the assessing body is asking the applicants to submit. They want a proof of the duties you’ve performed and these aren’t found on a COE, it’s the reference letter you need.

@sparkfire has to be. I strongly suggest to read and follow the ACS guidelines. All your questions are easily addressed if you read the guidelines. All the best.

@RheaMARN1171933 thank you, nabasa namin ndi talga kami pede sa option na reference letter kasi ndi tlaga sila magbbgay ng letter head even sa immediate head. So next option would be the statutory declaration na lng. So if this would be our option, kelangan po ba migration agent lng magsign dito? TIA

hello, we want to claim partner points. sa ACS assessment ba, may minimum number or years of experience to have a positive assessment by ACS, and be able to claim 5 points for partner?

I can’t say much here as I secured the one with letterhead and still waiting for my results. But I think in your case, you should identify your (1) work colleague (preferably supervisor level) as the third party stated in the guideline and (2) an authorized witness - maybe others here in the forum can help specify who these are as I’m uncertain. There are also other requirements stated there (eg payslip or termination letter or service cert, certified copies)

@sparkfire i did submit a statutory declaration without company header/logo/letterhead.

Just the company name, address, tel no.

The "reference letter" na ni-share ni @t0pZ is almost same sa format na ginamit ko.

The authorized person signee was my manager. Then i had it notarized. requirements are detailed on the guidelines.

Hi tanong lang po, baka natanong na din to pero di ko mahanap. Binibigyan ba ng ACS ng points yung work experiences even before ka gumraduate ng university? The experience is related to the course you had in university.

@roldanreal according to ACS handbook, post-study experience and count. Pero try to double check pa rin 🙂

@roldanreal see example 2 on page 5 sa guidelines. you will need to complete the qualifications AND work experience. so hindi counted ang experience before you graduated.

No worries, @roldanreal ! 🙂 that's also the case of my colleague at work here in Australia whose already a programmer while studying. Di pa rin counted dapat matapos muna nya masters nya according to ACS 😉

Hi po. Newbie here and im starting to collect all the necessary requirements for assessment.

I worked po sa BPO previously and had 3 accounts/JOBs under that same BPO company for 5yrs. I requested po for COE and not to include yung pinaka 1st account (10 months) since di ko naman sya plan iclaim. I got the COE and hindi na nga nila sinama yung 1st account however yung whole length ng stay ko is nakalagay.

Question po is hindi po ba magkakaron ng issue yun since nung naitemized walang details yung 1st account ko (job1 April 24, 2006 - February 1, 2007)? parang nagkaron po sya ng discrepancy.

Ex:

whole length of stay to the company from April 24 2006 - April 15 2011

itemized

job 2 (February 2, 2oo7 - April 2,2oo8)

job 3 (April 2, 2oo1 - April 1s,2011)

@cheesybaconmushroom for example po kasi sa 3 yrs of experience nya dun naka 3 managers sya. Meaning po ba 3 stat dec din kelangan nya? Or dun sa isang manager kelangan po ang ilalagay nya lng tlaga na dates e ung timeframe na sya lng ang manager nya? Kindly please help po.
