@mister.hyde they can’t notify it but surely they could certify the copies as true copies of the original document. There must be a lost in translation between both of you. I myself can certify documents but I gave to see the originals so for sure they can do the same. Good luck

Hi! Sana po may makasagot. Medyo nagugulugan ako sa deduction ng points.

Let’s say meron ako 6 years ICT work exp then let’s say yung 2 years dun ay ICT din pero ibang role. Magagamit ba yung 2 years para dun na lang ideduct yung 2 years na “met skill date”?

Or dun sila magdededuct sa remaining 4 years dahil yun yung role na ipapaassess mo? So all in all 2 yeas lang ang maaassess sayo?

Hi just wanted to ask lang meron ba ditong naka experience na different position name ang nakalagay sa ACS result letter and sa actual position from the Employment Reference that you have submitted? For example actual position is Technology Consultant but in the result letter ACS wrote it as SAP Technology Consultant. Tama naman that the technology is SAP but it’s not the actual position name. I have lodged an EOI and I followed the position name from the Employment Reference. I also sent an email to ACS regarding this matter pero no response pa, just wanted to ask if anyone has experience the same scenario before. Thanks in advance 🙂

Hello everyone, May question lang po ako, pending pa ACS assessment ko, and my current company have notified us sa aming Termination Date/End of contract which is on June. So, I plan to look for new Job, I have prospect the same position and the same Roles and responsibilities. In order to claim points sa new company, need pa rin po ba re-assess?

Please advise.

@aria00000 i think regardless of related or not, they will deduct 2yrs. Cause its not qualified as skilled experience yet.

@TheRealMe24 Thanks. May format din na kaya sila ng statutory dec? Sorry ask ko na din po kung alam nyo na ang allow sila na hindi dun mismo mag sign mag testify sa stat dec. Baka kasi hindi ko mapapunta ung previous ko boss ko sa office nila.

Kailangan pa din ba ng detailed employment reference dun? Iniisip ko kasi na since hindi naman sya related sa ipapaassess ko baka pwedenh normal COE na lang may CTC.

@aria00000 need pa din ifollow yung format ng COE which is merong job description.

@TheRealMe24 kung hindi nyo naisama sa current assessment, need magpareassess, though pagka lumabas na kasi yung result meron dun 2 months window para magpareview ata yung term. Mas mura sya kesa sa new assessment application.

@aljeffrey Welcome po. About sa stat dec format, hindi ko po natanong eh, yung stat dec/affidavit format ko is generic lang din (philippines format). Maybe you can call them and check? I have attached the generic stat dec, you can check also, nadownload ko land din eto dito sa forum. Hope it helps.

Hindi papayag ang mga atty na di nila ma witness yung magsign ng affidavit/stat dec, it defeat the purpose na naka testify sila na nagsign yung affiant. If your boss naman is still working sa company, pwede ata sya gawa reference letter - basta may company letterhead then jobs and responsibilities.

Sa mga ex-acn employees po. since hindi nagbibigay si ACN ng employment reference/COE na may job description, okay lang ba na pag nagpa-statutory declaration ako, isang project lang? yun lang kasi project ko then bench na yung iba. Hindi ko alam sino icocontact for bench at pano sya ilalagay sa statutory declaration.

Also, pano pag nasa ibang bansa yung magstatutory declaration for me? pano sya isasign or ipapanotarize?

First job ko ACN so for sure dito ibabawas yung 2 years ng ACS so di ko masyado habol yung skilled experience dito. Kailangan ko lang yung 2 years.

@aria00000 pwde yan, sa stat declaration na gagawin mo pwde mo din ilagay yung start at end date mo (same dun sa generic COE ni Acn) included na yung sa bench dun, nakalagay naman dun na former colleague ka nya... yung sa case ko, dun din ako nagpasign sa naging kateam ko sa project, AM na xa that time at personal email ang binigay nya sa contact details.

Yung dalawa ko kasi company hindi daw sila nagbibigay ng may company letterhead kaya ang choice ko lang talaga stat dec.thanks din sa sample format ng stat dec, ok lang din kaya na wala contact number mg colleague? Ung isa ko stat dec wala contact number address ung nailagay ko.

Hi guys, ano kaya ibig sabihin nito? Bakit pabalik balik ung DOE ng mga naiinvite since Dec? Sept DOE nung Dec round then Oct DOE nung Jan, tapos biglang bumalik sa Sept nung Feb round? Di ko lang magets bakit pabalik balik? Kinuha ko lang ung data from DOHA website.

Hi Everyone, I've got my ACS assessment result and sadly, I only have 2yrs4mths of claimable experience (that is equivalent to 0 points). What happened was, yung first company ko which I worked as a Technical Support (BPO) was not suitable daw:

The reason behind was the position stated on the reference letter was "Consultant"

The following employment has been assessed as not suitable.

Dates: 05/09 - 10/11 - 0 year(s) 0 month(s)

Position: Consultant - Not Professional ICT Level Experience

Employer: XXXXX

Country: Philippines

I was wondering who have tried an appeal? or contest a result from ACS? Because two years is a decent amount of years of my experience since they are deducting 6 years. 🙁 I am so sad and hoping for a possibility. @RheaMARN1171933 Hello Ma'am, Can you advise please? Should I asked my previous employer to changed the Position title in the reference letter? Perhaps changed it to "Technical Support Consultant"? Or this is because of the job description itself?
