@sher04 same sakin, agency din ako so sa hr manager na ako nagpapirma, sa lahat ng kinuhanan ko ng reference letter nakadraft na tapos nakahighlight nln sa red yung need nila iedit (i.e issue date, name, title, signature). di nrin nalaman ng lead ko na humingi ako ng reference letter.

@von1xx ah ok, so sa agency ko na ako mag pagawa coe. Last question po, sa CV mo anu po nilagay nyo na name ng company sa work experience, ung pangalan ng agency or ung sa pangalan ng company kung saan ka nagwwork? Maraming salamat 🙂

Hi good day po! Tanong ko po kung nag mamatter ba ung position name sa isang coe/reference letter? But same job description po, iba iba lang ung position name. Thank you in advance🙂

One more question po, meron ako COE from previous company pero walang job description kc hindi sila nagbibigay nun. Ung supervisor ko naman po at that time wala na rin po sa company, sa kanya sana ako magpapagawa ng reference letter w/ job description. I understand po na kelangan nasa letter head ung reference letter, pero impossible makakuha ng letter head kc wala na din dun supervisor ko. Is it ok to have it printed sa normal paper then ipasign ko sa supervisor and pa ctc, plus isama ko ung coe from hr mismo? Sana po may makasagot🙂 thank you po in advance!

@sher04 Statutory Declaration po ang kailangan gawin ng supervisor mo. Since hindi na sya affiliated with the company, it’s not legal for him to use the company letterhead, okay lang po yun. May guidelines ang ACS for that, please see item 11:

You can draft the letter and have it signed by your supervisor. Attaching the screenshot for your reference. 🙂

@mister.hyde ano pong result ng education nyo? Bachelor or Diploma? 10yrs lang po ba talaga total work exp nyo or last 10yrs lang ang counted ni ACS?

based dun sa school lists nasa section 3 din yung school ko ng college. 🙁

Hello po,

Im in the process of creating a draft/sample for employee reference that my employer can use to provide me the official Employee reference (with company letter head, hr manager signature etc...)

Advisable po ba to have the same wordings for Employee references on my 2 previous companies.

Bali ang difference lang between them are the <b class="Bold">Company Name, Start-End date, Position, Job descriptions</b> ?

Or need po ba talaga sila worded in a different manner.

Hello...Pano malalaman yung mga list ng post graduate ICT courses na puede itake para maconsider na bachelor's degree? Tama po ba nabasa ko na kailangan mo ng 30 units para ma assess ni ACS as bachelor's? salamat sa sasagot.

@coolitz_12 sorry late reply, ACS result ko. ICT Major, ANZSCO code 261313. Total experience ko is 10yrs and 7months. Na claim ko is 4yrs and 7months. Hope that helps.

@mister.hyde Thanks for the reply! I was wondering if last 10yrs work exp lang ang icocount buti naman at hindi ganun. Sayang pala yung result mo, 5 more months para makuha mo yung 5 yrs experience.

I already submitted mine and 2 weeks pa lang ngayon. praying for a positive feedback from ACS.
