Oh Sorry, I just realized, naka specify nga pala sa guidelines nang ACS. So you might consider this as well.

Thank you. Naghesitate kasi ako noon kaya di ko sya sinama sa assessment ko. 6 months lang naman pero sayang din pala kasi kung dinagdag ko yun 5 years experience na ako.

Good day po. Done na po ako sa PTE and starting to compile naman po my requirements for ACS. Question lang po kasi confused ako regarding COE. For my current company, 10 yrs working exp na ako and this is the only company that I would claim points for. Previous companies ko medyo iba role ko although on the tech side pa rin. So ang question ko po is do I still need to get COE from my previous companies kahit yung current lang naman ang pagkukunan ko ng points (hopefully)

Good pm po. I am completing na po the form sa ACS site kaso medyo confused po ako dito sa part ng job experience. Yung start date po ba, start date nung na employ ka sa company or start date nung specific position mo sa company na iyon? kasi 4th position ko na po pero same company, confused which date to put po, thanks po in advance sa makakasagot! nakakakaba pala mag fill out nito 🙂

I am working po under agency dito sa SG, nagpagawa ako ng COE sa agency ko pero hindi daw nila pwde ilagay sa COE ung client name kung saan ako nakaassign, ok lang po ba un? May bearing po ba un kung nkalagay client name or hindi?

Lastly po, is Analyst Programmer closely related to Computer Engineering course?

I have a question po regarding COE. nakapagpasa na ako this last week ng June sa ACS and is now waiting for results. Kaso this week nabago yung Job Title ko due to company merger (ginagawang uniform ang naming convention ng job titles) so iba na ung tawag sa position ko but still the same responsibilities. if magpa submit po ng updated COE si ACS, paano po kaya iyon if manghingi ako ng bagong COE sa company ko for sure new position title na ang indicated, di na tugma sa sinubmit ko sa kanila. may ganito na rin po bang case na na-encounter ang iba dito? ano po ang ginawa ninyo?

Hello @sher04 , sa guidelines, hindi explicitly sinabi na hindi pwede yung same level. Ito yung snippet from the guidelines:

"It is preferable that the work colleague writing the declaration be at a supervisory level."

Then meron nakaindicate na hindi pwede yung mas junior sayo:

The following Statutory Declarations or Affidavits are NOT suitable:

From a junior colleague

So I think pwede naman. Since wala naman ng manager na pwede macontact, then dun ka na lang sa next na lower position. Kesa naman sa wala.

Hello. New to the forum here. Check ko lang po if merong makakasagot ng question about ACS assessment. Nagpa-evaluate na ako dati at yung Bachelor Degree ko sa pinas is equivalent lang sya to AQF Associate Degree, so they deducted 6 years from my previous work experience. ICT Support Engineer yung una ko pinaevaluate pero I want to try ICT Busincess Analyst since closely related naman yung responsibilities ko. Question lang is 8 years nko sa company as Analyst, prior to this i have 7 years experience as support IT-related. Yung 6 years po ba na ibabawas nila is dun sa 8 years ko as Analyst na related sa job code na pinapaevaluate ko or dun sa overall experience which is ICT related din naman sya. Thanks in advance sa sasagot!

Hello po, tanong lang regarding sa passport details sa ACS, nagrenew na kasi ako ng passport at nakuha ko na rin. Plan ko magpare-assess kay ACS pero hndi ako sure kng need ko ba isubmit yung new passport ko para sa re-assessment. Kasi work experience yung i-add ko. Salamat po sa sasagot.

Nagpagawa ako sa dati kong teammate tinanggap naman ng ACS. Nakalagay previous colleague.

same case din po sa akin. di ko ma delete ung na upload ko so i emailed ACS and this is their response:

As you may not be aware, no document or entry may be removed from the application once added to the live system. The system is not for testing.

Simply add the correct document to the relevant entry and continue to submit the application. This can be added at any time BEFORE submission of the application.

If you wish, you may add NEW, LATEST or UPDATED to the file name.
