Nagpaassess ako under 261111 ict business anlyst. Binawasan ako ng 4 yrs.

Pano po pag walang coe kc close n po yung company d po makahingi. 2yrs po mawala sakin. Meron n lang ako natitira n 5yrs experience. May chance po b magpositive assessment?

#Mag stat dec na lng po pra makuha nyo po yung 2 years xp nyo. Pero need nyo ng colleague na higher sayo na pipirma.

Hello Sir thank you po. Yung agent ko kc sabi nya hindi pwede n stat doc lang. Hindi daw accept ni acs pag walang coe.

@Supersaiyan opo sir. Sabi naman ng agent ko may chance p naman magpositive kasi may matitira pa after 4years deduction ni acs. Hehe. Salamat sir!

Hi guys. Ask ko lang if meron na dito nag pa assess from Section 2 school, with worth 2.5 years work experience. The purpose is purely for skills assessment lang to claim partner skills.

Also, okay lang ba na hindi ipa assess lahat ng work experience for the last 10 years? End result we would like to achieve is a positive skills assessment for our nominated occupation.

#Nice. Pero case to case basis yung pag deduct ni ACS, depending dn kung anong school at kung closely related yung nom. occ. vs. kung anong degree.

I worked as an HR coordinator before and generated certificate of employment for the employees.

If an employee would ask me for a COE, we SHOULD because that's our job. Ano man ang purpose nun ay not our business. If an employee has better plans in life, we should support them. There are cases kung san required na maglagay ng address to: (example, ACS etc) then we have to comply.

Wag kayong mahiya. Be honest dahil karapatan nyo yan. Tell them that you want to try if your skills are at par of Australian standards.

Well said. I’m not anymore sure how it works in Philippines but here in England and Australia people our cautious of privacy laws so whatever dealings you have in HR stays in HR.

#Siguro ok na sabihin yung totoo sa HR since di nman direct reporting sa kanila, wag mo na lng muna ipaalam sa bossing mo or kung san ka direct reporting dahil kung mapolitika nga baka iba maging dating (I hope not). :tired_face:

@Supersaiyan yung HR kc nmin pag humingi k ng coe n hindi generic hingi p sila ng approval sa boss ko. Nagtry nako kaso dko tinuloy sabi kc ng HT nagemail muna ko s boss ko for approvl kung tama yung job roles n ilalagay. Hahaha

Hello guys! Meron po b kaung alam n notary public (metro manila area) na hindi n need present yung signatory sa statutory declaration? Mahirap kc makakuha sched nung supervisor ko. 🙁
