Now dun po sa "The declaration is NOT witnessed on the same day", ang understanding ko dyan, dapat same date kung kelan napa notarize yung stat dec sa pirma nung decalarant or dun sa tao na nagpatunay ng job and functions mo dun sa stat dec. Pwde kasi naten pagawa di ba na yung stat dec eh pirmahan ni colleague/manager/director today so date is today tapos yung pirma nung witness or notaryo eh bukas or some other day.

Sa AU embassy or High Commission kasi, blank dapat dun sa signature portion nung stat dec. Dun mismo pipirmahan in front of consul as a witness.

@Izanagi di pa po kami nagpapa assess pero kung ako po sa inyo, I wouldn't take risk na wag sumunod sa guidelines nila para walang problems and delay. Siguro nga po to clarify, send them an email to ask your questions and update kami dito sa thread.

@mandark_d_gray maraming salamat po sa pagreply. Actually po kasi, ginamit na lang namin yung company letterhead and sya na lang po yung pumirma? okay lang po kaya yun? di kasi nagbibigay yung company ko ng coe with job description.

Hi all, nagpaasses ako last June, that time ang school ko nagfall pa sa section 2, na assessed ang educ ko as aqf associate degree major in computing and nabawasan ang exp ng 5 yrs and 2 mons.

Lately nakita ko naupdate ung school ko to section 1. Possible ba na pag nagpare asses, maconsider na as bachelor degree ang educ ko and malessen ang mininus na exp?

question about ACS guidelines especially on 7.3 page 14, Payment evidence. last na nagpa assess kasi ako sa ACS eh 2017 pa, and i need to be reassessed again.

Yung employer ko 2012 pa, ang meron lng ako is yung sa BIR tax document wala ng payslip. nearest document relating to "payment" is my COE which indicates my salary. will that be enough?

@gelangel yup I think mandatory sya, sa case ko nakalimotan ko i-upload tapos na contact yung CO na needed sya. hope that helps 🙂

#@[deleted], same case tyo, ang naiisip ko i-submit yung screenshot ng SSS online ko as second proof, which is inattach ko sa last 2017 assessment ko sa ACS, pero not sure din kung pepede kaya ipresent yung SSS online record since recorded nman doon yung history ng employers at binabayadan ni employer yun, meaning connected ka sa kanila? Sana may makasagot sa atin.

Hello, guys question ulit. Pwede naman isubmit yung scanned copy using mobile apps like CamScanner, or Adobe Mobile scanner?

Please disregard my question above, iniscan ko na lang para sure, sinuyod ko lugar ko makahanap lang ng internet shop na may scanner hehe.

Anyway, another question po.. dun sa skills assessment requirement na "CV/Resume", yung ilalagay ko po ba na JD's per company sa loob ng resume, eh same JD nung naka indicate sa referral letters ko from my employers? Dapat po ba copy paste ito at walang variations?

Hi guys. Sino nakapagpare-assess na? Kasi nung gagawa na ako ng new application sa same account ko before. May tab ata dun na experience, then nakalagay yung previous experience ko and then walang document ang naka-attach. So nung nag add ako ng experience (same job pa din).. hinahanap yung attachment ko dun sa previous... may naka-encounter na ba nito? Anong nilagay niyo dun sa attachment ng previous experience? Yung employment reference dati?

@barricade sa case ko iniba ko lang ng kunti yung mga roles at responsibilities sa CV. Dapat kasi kung ano yung actual mo ginagawa ang nakalagay sa CV. Yung nasa reference letters kasi medyo broad yung pagkakasulat. Ibahin mo lang ng kunti 🙂

Guys, nung nag email ako sa ACS if pwedeng payslip lng ang masubmit for Payment Evidence, eto reply sakin and if pwede pa ma use ung previous Statutory Declaration ko since may minor changes lng nmn like company name.

Magtry ulit cguro ako magtanong saknila.

Ung sa 7.4 Statutory Declarations and Affidavits

The declarant must provide their current contact details and at least one of the following as evidence of their working relationship with the applicant:

· Employment certificate/statement of service on official company letterhead

· Leaving certificate if no longer working at the same company

so meaning ung manager/supervisor na nagsign ng Stat Dec need nya get ng COE? Panibagong pakikisuyo ang ggawin dito.
