Hi guys, how's everyone doing? Malapit na Christmas and I hope lahat tayo makatanggap ng positive results. Unfortunately for me, I got this response from my assessment 🙁
"Not Assessable Due to Insufficient Documentation"
Out of 4 companies I have, only 1 got a positive result. The rest, eto ung comment. Ang sakit lang.
Anyone here familiar why this was the result despite me having the following:
COE with the format stated sa ACS website (company letterhead with complete company name, address, telephone number na both mobile and landline, HR email address, job title, job description, date hired up to date of last employment, salary)
Complete 2316 form for all employers (from the first year up to last year of employment for each company)
Complete payslips from all employers (from the first year up to last year of employment for each company) Buti talaga I kept all my payslips even from my first company. As in no missed payroll ha.
Other evidences such as SSS record na screencaptured from their website.
So far, these are the requirements they stated on their website which I was able to comply.
Now na sa January pa uli ung pasok nila, we are now wasting 2-3weeks kasi wala sasagot sa inquiry namin (which is sana hindi naman) kasi I think 60 days lang ang for re-appeal tapos magbabayad ka pa.
Pero infairness, even though they stated that it will take 8-10 or 12 weeks ata yun, it only took them 4 weeks to assess.
Hoping for someone to shed some light here. 🙁
