For your current employer, just ask for a more recent COE.. Kung pano ka nagpa assess before, just follow the same.

No need for Experience 3. Di ba isusubmit mo palang yung assessement? Kung current employment sya, then yung end date should be date today... Bakit hindi mo ma-update?

magpapa re assess po ulit ako kasi expired na ung luma ko last year. using the same account, nakalagay na automatic ung last kong sinubmit way bck 2017 at nakalocked yun fields. ung employer ko na nakalagay sa experience 2 hindi nmn nagbago dun pa din ako nagwowork.

Oh... Kahit new application sya? Automatic nya ni-reload yung previous data mo?
yes. actually pangatlong assessment ko na to. yung first ko is 2015, ganun din nmn niloload lang yung una mong assessment. pero that time editable pa yung mag fields. uupdate mo lang yung dates and mag add ng attachments.

I see. Try to contact ACS na lang siguro... They should be able to help you. Cite your experience before, na naeedit mo pa yung fields pero ngayon hindi na...

Hmmm. So yung current job mo hindi naisama sa assessment?? Then you have to submit another assessment for that. May option na Review within 60days of the result.. Pede ka mag add ng COE mo for your current job para pasok sa 8yrs... otherwise, hanggang Jan 2020 lang yung malologde mo sa EOI.

Kung hindi mo isasama sa pag claim ng points yung new job mo, then wag ka na magpa-reassess otherwise need mo ng new assessment para pag nag lodge ka ng EOI pede mo sya mark as relevant.

Hingi lang ako ng input about situation.

Nakareceive ako ng invitation for 491 QLD pero I left the “date to” dun sa work experience na nag claim ako na relevant as blank which means current employed pala yun kapag blank. I got terminated dun last sept 2017. I got invited 80 pts minimum for my skill tas now ko lang narealize after i-reject ng CO yung statement of service na wala akong nailagay dun sa EOI so I corrected it as per CO’s instruction na din pero nag-decrease yung points ko to 75pts. I already paid the application fee which is 200$.

Most cases kasi na nababasa ko kasi is about sa date sa assessment prior dun sa deduction ang mali.

I-withdraw ko na lang po ba and relodge a new EOI?

Add ko lang pala na before my agent ako and naglodge kami sa 491 SA last November 2019 as per advice nila pero nung sinabi ko na gusto ko din gumawa ng EOI sa QLD another payment daw yun of $950 usd kaya nag-DIY ako for 491 QLD ang document basis ko for my EOI 491 QLD is yung EOI ko for 491 SA. I just change the nominated territory. Nagtiwala ako na tama yung EOI na nailagay nung agent 😔

Hi Guys! Nag email ako sa ACS regarding sa payment evidence. Kasi nga ang hirap na kumuha ng payslip sa 10 years ago na company, plus yung bank records madalas hindi nakalagay kung sino company nagtransfer.

Eto sagot nila:

_"Thank you for your email.

We suggest providing documentary evidence of paid employment together with a submission letter explaining the situation to the assessor.

The assessor can then make a decision by looking at the overall picture and merits of the application."_

Take note about the submission letter. Pwede mo i-explain dun ang sitwasyon mo kung bakit 1 lang or ibang klase ng payment evidence ang nisubmit mo. Though at the end nasa assesor parin kung payagan ka. At least, now may chance parin. Hope this shed some light.

Hmm, gets ko point po. Magkaiba yung end date sa ACS at yung actual last day mo dun sa company, tama? Sa ACS, end date was the date you submitted the assessment since that time, current employer mo sya. Pag ganyan, baka kasi maging inconsistent.

Di rin ako sure, pero for me I'd go for a new assessment with the actual end date for consistency between the EOI and the assessment result.

Nag try ako mag request ng Statutory Declaration from my former colleagues pero hesitant sila. Parang iba daw ang dating at parang mag fifile daw ako ng kaso kaya nag refuse sila na tulungan ako. Hay ang, hirap pag di aware mga kakilala mo. :disappointed:
Hi, needed ang COE with detailed job description. If you cannot provide then ang option mo is to provide Stat Dec plus Supporting Documents like Pay slip or COE (without JD). I suggest if mag Stat Dec ka, provide all your supporting docs that bear your name and your company like payslips, ITR, SSS, Contract.

Hello po, dun sa mga magpapass pa lng assessment wala ba kayong na experince na prob sa attachments? naka ilang try na kasi ako pero yung mga attachments ko under application details (tor, diploma, coe, payslips etc) once nag proceed na ko to save and continue hindi nag-aappear yung mga attached docs ko dun application overview.

Pag po ba naglodge sa EOI, ako (applicant) po ba ang maglalagay kung ilang points ang sa ACS assessment for work experience? Hindi po kasi ako sure kung considered ba yung skilled employment experience ko as 5 years but less than 8 years (10 points) or 8 years (15 points)?

Employment Dates Assessed: Feb 2012 to Jan 2020

Ito po yung assessment:

Pano po nicacalculate yung number of years experience?
Considered po ba na less than 8 years po ang employment experience ko since yung assessment is until January 2020 lang? or considered na po siya as 8 years since employed pa naman po ako sa current work ko at magpapasa po ulit ng COE?

Hmmm. So yung current job mo hindi naisama sa assessment?? Then you have to submit another assessment for that. May option na Review within 60days of the result.. Pede ka mag add ng COE mo for your current job para pasok sa 8yrs... otherwise, hanggang Jan 2020 lang yung malologde mo sa EOI.

Naisama po but since current job ko siya yung nilagay ko when i applied is january 2020 (kasi yun yung time na i submitted) kaya yung assessment ni officer is until january 2020

Sa EOI, don't put end date. As long as currently employed ka, considered ung period ng employment mo even after ng assessment date.

Sorry po question ulit. Question po pano po if for example nagchange ka ng job prior to submitting eoi? Same process po na Wag parin po maglagay ng end date? May kailangan po ba isubmit kasi yung new work hindi naassess ng acs?

Kung hindi mo isasama sa pag claim ng points yung new job mo, then wag ka na magpa-reassess otherwise need mo ng new assessment para pag nag lodge ka ng EOI pede mo sya mark as relevant.

Ah ok so If hindi ko po isasama meaning po ba nun Ang end date ko is yung last day ko sa current employer ko na inassess ni acs? (during the time of assessment ni acs kasi employed pa ako sa company).

Hmm, gets ko point po. Magkaiba yung end date sa ACS at yung actual last day mo dun sa company, tama? Sa ACS, end date was the date you submitted the assessment since that time, current employer mo sya. Pag ganyan, baka kasi maging inconsistent.

Di rin ako sure, pero for me I'd go for a new assessment with the actual end date for consistency between the EOI and the assessment result.

Hello po, wala naman po akong naging problema kasi all of my documents po ay nasasaved naman. (naexperience niyo pa rin po ba ung issue?)

By the way po, regarding dun sa issue mo nung una..na nagpa-re-assess ka na at ung current/present padin employer mo hindi mo na ma-edit kasi nakaDisable na ung button..actually po same tayo ng case, what I did was nagsaved muna ako then nireview ko muna ung document at nakita ko po pede or you can remove your experience..para mapalitan mo ung date ng present or current employer mo para maging to date siya. See below screenshot po. However, pagnadelete mo ung experienced na dati mo bale ang mangyayari is instead na for example (experience 1 /experience 2 / experience 3) then denilete mo ung experience3 kasi gusto mong ma-edit ang date mangyayari ay (experience 1 /experience 2 / experience4 na) ganun po siya.

Sa sitwasyon ko ang ginawa ko wala akong niremove nag-add nalang ako ng other experience with thesame employer na current company ko ngayon.

Hello po sa lahat. My family and I is planning to move in Australia. I am a graduate of BSIT wayback 2005 and started my IT career as IT Helpdesk (all around internal IT), application support, System Engineer/Administrator. I am 35 yrs old and have more than 10yrs IT experience in the industry. I have consulted 2 migration agent (MA) by providing my CV and they closest role for me is Computer Network and System Engineer. Apart from that, they have given their assessment from what I have provided and gave different results. I got 70pts and the other agent gave me 85 which of course i think is just a ball park figures since no ACS yet and I haven’t taken the English test.

Maybe some of you here had the experience in the past. Both of the MA is leaning towards 189 Visa.

What are the important documents to prepare for ACS assessment?
Do I need to take the English test first and submit it as well to ACS?
What is the expected or required passing mark for the Computer Network and System Engineer Role?
How high or how low are the chances of nailing that job when you moved to Australia?
What are other things to do or consider to gain additional points?

We still don’t have a decision yet if we will course through our application via MA or we will do it on our own.

P.S. I used to have a temporary working visa 400 as I was assigned for a couple of months in Adelaide and tourist visa.

Hoping that you guys can shed your inputs regarding this matter.

Detailed resume from employer? That’s not on the list of requirements from ACS.
