Your agency should know prior to submitting your application if you have not met the required documents. As an agent myself, I find it somehow odd that they have not even flagged things with you. They should let you know if the documents you have provided would cause any issue. From my practice, I wouldn’t submit an
application if I think there would be issues meeting the guidelines. You need to talk to your agent and ask the documents they submitted and why you failed to meet the requirements. It’s their job as an agency to submit a decision ready application. The decision outcome seems like non compliance due to technicality which your agent could have avoided.
