Hello! yung isang employment reference ko walang specific hours na nakaindicate kasi nakalimutan ng HR. pero sa payslip ko, nakalagay yung working hours ko per week kaya siguro cinonsider nila. If you have other evidence stating your working hours then submit it or much better request a new COE from your company.
In terms of payment evidence, may mga payslip ako na di kumpleto, di nagsstart sa jan and dec, but I uploaded all my BIR 2316. I also added screenshots of philhealth and sss contributions.
