Hello! 🙂 No worries at all. I had seven years of experience back home. I think they weren't credited kasi bits and pieces lang ng BA duties yung andon, plus I only finished my IT degree here in AU noong November 2020 (business yung degree ko in PH). I was lucky enough to find an ICT BA job here in AU tapos yung employer ko was supportive with providing the details in the reference letter. I submitted pay slips, reference letter, tax returns, superannuation or SSS stuff, my transcripts and diplomas.

I'm sure it'll be fine for you! Important din to watch your mailbox kasi some friends had the ACS officer ask for additional documentation like original scans instead of certified ones, mga ganun. Hi, I got my old ACS assessment back in feb 2019 kaya naexpire na siya last year. Pag nagparenew po ba, kailangan uli ng affidavit para dun sa last employer na kasama last time or mauupdate lang ung number of years para sa employer na yun dahil na consider na siya last time? Maaadd nalang ba ung feb 2019 - 2020 na experince? naretrench kasi ako nung 2020 so new employer na na hindi kasama sa ACS assessment dati.

Hello, anyone here from Accenture (currently employed) na nakapagrequest ng letter of explanation along with COE? Meron na kasi ng COE, pero ang problem is wala daw silang template or hindi sila makapagbigay ng letter of explanation why they cannot provide detailed JD sa coe or employment ref letter. Yung stat dec/affidavit tapos na rin. Eto nalang talaga problema.

We already logged ticket, pero hindi rin aware yung hr na nakausap namin about this. Any tips po kung pano kayo nakakuha? Thanks!

They provide. I got a letter from them explaining reason why they can't provide the JD, kasama na yun nung nanghingi ako ng CoE eh.

Hi, I was able to get a 1-pager CoE from my previous employer with job roles and responsibilities. The thing is, it is too specific with regard to the tools used in our company, and because those tools are proprietary, i am doubtful that it would not suffice. I am planning to also get a stat dec from my previous manager there. Would submitting both be okay?

I just submitted my application today, setting my expectations with the possible outcome of my assessment. I already exhausted all means but I am worried if my documents would be enough to support my PH work experiences.
***Qualification** - BS IT, State University (Section 1)
***Work 1** (2014 -2017) - Complete ITR, 2 payslips ~ each year of 2016 and 2017 (missing 2014, 2015), SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
***Work 2** (2017 - 2020) - Complete ITR, payslip of last 3 months 2019 only, SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
***Work 3** (_in Australia under 482 visa same ANZSCODE_, 2020 - Present) - Complete income statements, bank statements, superannuation documents, complete payslips.

Afaik, the higher points, the higher chance to get invited po. Esp for IT and big cities like Sydney.

Hello po, first time to post in this forum. My husband and I are just starting our journey for PR in AU. Matanong ko lang sana paano yung SSS and bank statements as payment evidence? Hindi daw kasi pwede yung screenshot from website for SSS contributions, may specific certificate ba na pwede natin marequest from somewhere?

Also, yung sa bank statements po ba, lumalabas ba yung name ng company? Sa amin kasi wala siya so mukhang hindi option samin to.

Also, had a question on Stat Dec / affidavit for the job description. Enough lang po ba na 1 person ka lang humingi nito kahit multiple projects yung exp sa company? Paano din po yung process in getting this, can I just create a document, request my colleague / supervisor to sign, tapos ipanotarize? Would really appreciate any advice on this matter.

For SSS Contri - last year, ACS accepted screenshots from SSS website with Employment History record. Not sure about certificate, nag-iba na requirements now?

For Bank Statement - since wala yung Company Name ko, nanghingi ako ng another certification from my Company/HR na doon sa Bank/Account Number na yun nila dinedeposit yung salary/payments ko. With matching Bank Certification na ayun nga talaga yung account number ko.

For Affidavit - let your colleague (better if supervisor) make the document and sign it, then notarize. May mga nagpost na dito ng sample ng affidavit.

Hi! Ask ko lang kasi di ba yung accenture COE need mo lagyan kanino ibibigay and address. ano po nilagay niyo dun?

Accenture COE is requested thru ACN tools/site/ticket. automated sya and has generic template.

They don't include detailed roles, etc., that is required by ACS.

Dahil dyan -- statutory declaration and kelangan mo if you're coming from Accenture.
