Hi, ano po yung reason behind na mag deduct sila ng 2 years and also bakit hindi counted yung experience right after graduating sa degree?

It’s because they will factor in those initial years as the time you need to acquire the skill level they require.

for one of my stat dec. nag special bayad pa ako sa Atty dito sa SG para pumunta ung Atty sa bahay ng boss ko to witness the signing (200sgd!!!!), kasi nkakakahiya sa previous boss ko na papuntahin cya sa law office para mag sign ng stat dec ko (dahil ako nakikisuyo sa kanya, at ayaw ko cyang ma hassel)

Hello! Ask lang po sana ako paano ichange yung end date sa experience. Nag expire na po yung ACS ko tapos nag-apply ako ulit. Same pa rin employer ko so need ko lang ichange yung end date to the current date of application kaya lang hindi po siya editable. Sino po naka experience na ng ganito?

I just submitted my application today, setting my expectations with the possible outcome of my assessment. I already exhausted all means but I am worried if my documents would be enough to support my PH work experiences.
***Qualification** - BS IT, State University (Section 1)
***Work 1** (2014 -2017) - Complete ITR, 2 payslips ~ each year of 2016 and 2017 (missing 2014, 2015), SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
***Work 2** (2017 - 2020) - Complete ITR, payslip of last 3 months 2019 only, SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
***Work 3** (_in Australia under 482 visa same ANZSCODE_, 2020 - Present) - Complete income statements, bank statements, superannuation documents, complete payslips.

Thanks to those who contributed to this forum, it helped me a lot with my application. I just received my assessment result today, and I got a positive result. 🙂

2 years din na-subtract sa years of experience ko pero that was expected naman.

Hello All. May question po ako about ACS skill assessment for currently unemployed and non relevant experience. My wife has stopped working after giving birth last year, but she has worked previously.

Can she still apply for assessment as unemployed now or dapat "currently working" yung applicant?
Will it matter if we add in between jobs na mejo alanganin sa job code or okay lang kasi wala namang bawas sa points? (Eg - 2 years developer, 1 year helpdesk, 3 years developer ulit)
if sa EOI, 65 lang yung ma claim, wala bang mararating yun (ICT) or meron naman pero matatagalan lang? If may direct sub dito ng latest invite points, pa share naman po.

Yes, pwede magpaassess anytime regardless of your current employment status.
Sa case ko, hindi ko na isinama yung mga trabaho na hindi related sa ninominate kong occupation kasi i-aassess lang din naman nila as "not relevant". Ipa assess mo lang yung sa tingin mo kaylangan ipa assess
Marami akong kakilala na ultimo 80-90 points na sila ay hindi pa rin naiinvite. Kaylangan nyo po iresearch yung trend ng occupation nyo para may idea kayo kung anong points ba ang naiinvite ngayon. Besides sa points, you also need to consider different factors such as: onshore/offshore applicant, is your occupation within a critical sector, state's requirements etc...

Right now it’s hard to base things in the trend because borders have been closed and no offshore applicant has been granted an invite since the pandemic. You’ll likely get an outdated data on your research or if it’s accurate, most likely applicable for onshore applicants. Take not that only 189 and 491 (family sponsored) are applicable to priority points. 190 and 491 would be based on the state/regional area’s criteria. I think the bottom line here is to be document ready so prepared kaagad to act when there’s development. That’s what I always tell my clients.
