This is the ACS address that I used (for Bank Statements/Certifications).

I was also from ACN pero di naman ako tinanong ng Address etc.. May binigay lang silang letter why they can't provide the job description on the standard CoE. Then I submitted the Affidavit lang with CoE of my Manager as well.

Question lang about sa Affidavit. Pwede ba ako humingi sa previous manager ko ng affidavit, even na mas nauna ako sakanya sa ACN? For example nahire ako year 2016 then sya 2017..

Hello @paedocypris18 , ganito rin sakin. Nauna ako ng 1yr sa manager (actually di ko sya direct manager, pero manager sya), positive naman result ng skills assessment ko.

Same here, ACN did not ask me of an address. I think itatanong lang nila yan if currently connected ka sakanila.

@bakedmac1907 Mine does not have stamp on it, and they were fine. _Take note that I have payslip, SSS and PAG IBIG attached as well. _I submitted mine Jan 2022

Does anyone here nakaexperience ayaw magbigay ng COE ng manager for confidentiality. Though willing to sign the affidavit naman sya.

Let me know your thoughts or ano naging diskarte nyo.

@bakedmac1907 In my case, halos lahat ng 2316 ko walang stamp (isa lang yung may stamp). Wala naman naging issue sa akin.

@shyarcangel hindi ba makapag bigay si HR ng COE?

Valid din ang affidavit signed ng manager o teammate. Kaso kelangan ng COE nila tapos pipirma kayo sa harap ng lawyer.

Personal contact details ng pumirma sa affidavit ginamit namin. Okay naman sa ACS.

@_frappuccino, may COE ako kaso ung manager ko and colleagues, ayaw ishare COE nila. 😔

Parang invalid din ang affidavit pag wala atang COE di din daw ma assess as per agent.

@bakedmac1907 ACN pip here. Ang binigay ni HR ay non issuance cert. Then hanap nalang ako ppirma ng affidavit and hopefully magbigay din ung ppirma ng COE nya hehe

Para ito sa COE with job description, tama po ba?

Gawa na lang kayo ng sariling nyong document basta andun yung mga details na hahanapin ng ACS. Then papirmahan sa manager with date signed, email address, and contact details. Sana makatulong 🙂

Wala naman salary sa COE nila. Ewan ko nga 3 na nilapitan ako ayaw hehe

Thinking if i let go ko tong exp ko na to. Kaso syang. Hindi kc cooperative and considerate ung HR 🤣
