I was employeed in Hewlett Packard but in SSS and Pag ibig it says ENTERPRISE SERVICES (AP) LIMITED-PHILIPPINE REGIONAL OPERATING HEADQUARTERS. Also I am having problems getting my BIR 2316 for year 2012 since it's been for a very long time.
Any advise guys?

If decision is just recent, appeal it instead and provide the PRC. Note that they may still deduct more than two years because of your course of studies but definitely, your qualification will be recognised as an AQF degree.

hindi pa po, late ko na narealize na pwede ko pala ipasa yung PRC license. una ko po kasing naisip baka di sya relevant kasi IT yung work experience ko. kaso ayun po, 2 weeks nalang bago mag 60 days yung result

Possible po ba na minor lang sya if major yung nakuha ko sa initial assessment? kaso ayun nga diploma lang sya before

You heard it from the expert. Try appealing. Check my signature for my timeline. Licensed ECE din ako from section 3 school dati. First assesment was AQF Advance diploma, deducted 6 years, the I appeal, I got an email from case officer kung bakit daw ako nag appeal since suitable naman daw result ko, sabi ko lang baka na miss nila yung PRC license ko for qualification. Then result is AQF bachelors degree, deducted 2 years. 2 years deduction since 263111 code ko, medyo related yung mga ece units ko. Kung successful appeal, refund naman yung binayad mo sa appeal.

This is to be expected kasi di considered na ICT major ang ECE sa OZ. You can also consider having a CCL cert for additional 5 points.

Or, last resort, student-visa route.

If you are licensed, kahit expired, have you tried appealing?

hindi pa po, late ko na narealize na pwede ko pala ipasa yung PRC license. una ko po kasing naisip baka di sya relevant kasi IT yung work experience ko. kaso ayun po, 2 weeks nalang bago mag 60 days yung result

You heard it from the expert. Try appealing. Check my signature for my timeline. Licensed ECE din ako from section 3 school dati. First assesment was AQF Advance diploma, deducted 6 years, the I appeal, I got an email from case officer kung bakit daw ako nag appeal since suitable naman daw result ko, sabi ko lang baka na miss nila yung PRC license ko for qualification. Then result is AQF bachelors degree, deducted 2 years. 2 years deduction since 263111 code ko, medyo related yung mga ece units ko. Kung successful appeal, refund naman yung binayad mo sa appeal.

Better refer to the Skill assessment guide, baka outdated na knowledge ko since 2016 yung akin. Or you can email ACS, nag rerespond naman sila.

Good pm guys, pahingi sana ako advise.

I'm currently out of the country working, yung company namin hindi kasi nag iissue ng work reference na custom to accommodate yung requirements ni ACS. May supervisor akong Pinoy who is willing to make a stat dec sa akin, concern ko lang po is yung notary. Pwede po ba sa Pinas yung notary? yung cousin ko kasi is lawyer, sa kanya ko nalang sana ipapa notarized if pwede. Also, same start date namin sa company pero supervisor ko sya, acceptable po ba yun? hindi din kami nag 1year pa sa company.

Hello guys, question lang po, pwede na ba ako maglodge ng EOI gamit yung first assessment sakin ni ACS if nagrequest ako ng review? Nakuha ko na kasi yung PTE Superior nung weekend so try ko na sana maglodge ng EOI baka sakaling makaswerte ng invite. 😃

I suggest to NOT do this. The review will have another reference number different from the original. So, it's better for you to wait and use that instead.

Believe me, I know the feeling. Naghihintay rin ako ng ACS renewal results ng partner ko. Been waiting for 7wks now. Kating kati na ko mag EOI/ROI. 😃
