I have a problem right now. I submitted a Self Statutory declaration because I am not aware na di na pala tumatanggap ang ACS ng ganun.
The reason why I used a Self Statutory declaration is yung HR ayaw magprovide ng COE with the job description because the department I worked for is already dissolved daw and the managers are not connected with the company anymore. Di sila sure sa ilalagay nila, parang ganun.
I am still waiting for the result of the Assessment and I am so worried. </blockquote>
don't worry...hindi naman basta basta nagbibigay ng negative result yung ACS. in case di nila tanggapin yung self-stat dec mo, they'll inform you about this tapos bibigyan ka ng 28 days para magpadala ng bagong documents to support your work experience. ganun kasi nangyari sa akin...hindi tinanggap yung self-stat dec ko dati. 🙂</blockquote>

Sa akin kasi pang 4th week na ngayon na week na to. D pa naman ako ni email na d tinanggap ang stat dec ko, d pa din ako hiningan ng ibang requriements.
Baka kasi bigla manghingi mahirap na mag comply kasi malapit na vacation ng mga tao.
