Hello po

Asking for a friend, sa ACS suitable for migration so nag lodge na sya ng EOI na claim nya yung sa Bachelor's degree (15 points). Di sya nag claim ng points for employment kasi "Not assessable due to insufficient detail".

Active yung EOI nya ngayon pero nag apply sya ng review sa ACS to consider yung employment para more points. Ok lang po ba na active yung EOI kahit under review yung ACS nya? Binigyan sya ng new Reference number dahil may dinagdag sya na employment na di kasama sa initial assessment.

Current points EOI: 80 for subclass 190

Okay lang naman, kung mainvite man siya before lumabas yung review results, at least meron naman syang initial assessment from ACS, basta ensure lang match yung details nung assessment sa EOI (example, kung associate degree or bachelor's degree)

Certificate** in addition to the payment evidence as per section 2.7 above. Acceptance of Statutory

Declarations or Affidavits in place of employment references will be subject to the verification and discretion

of the ACS and noted to the Department of Home Affairs for authentication against fraud and plagiarism. __

@jinigirl In addition pala..panu pag hindi nag nagbigay ng certificate of explanation yung employeer about not giving employment reference, yung email conversation ba would be enough na sa assesor? Dun sa email convo kasi namin meron sinabi si HR na di sila makapagprovide ng employment reference dahil di sila required employment certificate lng binibigay nila..

Company A (COE, payment evidences: (payslip (unfortunately, hindi start and end date), SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth)
Company B (COE, payment evidence: (Pag-ibig, Philhealth, SSS), stat declaration (COE ng manager plus notario), and affidavit na hindi nagbibigay ng COE si company due to confidential information)
Company C, D, and E (reference letter na may letter head, supper annun, plus bank statement)

Need ba isali updated resume or CV?

not sure if that's enough. sa case ko kasi, may certificate na binigay si employer na di sila nagproprovide ng job description kaya sinama ko din yun nung nag apply ako for ACS skills assessment

Skills assessment from ACS is just the first step. The next steps will depend on what visa you are targeting to apply. Do you want temporary or permanent visa? You can also look for employer who can sponsor you a work visa. It depends. You can backread some posts here in the forum -- there are lots of posts about the step by step process on how to apply for General Skilled Immigration Visa.

For consistency po ng payment evidence ninyo, I would suggest follow niyo po yung lumalabas na company sa lahat ng payment evidence (SSS, ITR, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, PAYSLIP) na ilalagay sa reference letter including the dates.

Regarding SSS and Philhealth, okay lang ba screenshot ng monthly contributions? There's no way to download from the website. Highlight ko nalang yong year kase walang name ng employer sa table year and month lang? Nag ask na me before sabi ongoing feature pa daw. Appreciate your response po.

Nagsubmit ako ng screenshots of SSS contributions, name ng employers and also Pagibig pero insufficient payment evidence.

anong kasama ng SSS / Pag ibig contri? kung yan lang, di talaga sya enough, kasi at least 2 types ng payment evidence needed. so dapat may kasamang payslip, tax returns or bank statement.
