We always use the Australian date format as specifically emphasised on the ACS guideline. Just follow what it says so you have that piece of mind. When clients give shows as their letters in the wrong format specified, we send it back for revisions - for simple reasons - follow instructions.

ACS has been quite difficult these days, you’ll never know, they could raise this issue up. On the safe side, just make things simple for you, follow the instructions to avoid any hassle.

One more thing po.

One of the employers (an agency) I had is now out-of-business. They did not provide any proof of payment evidence. For my payslips, they did not provide it. For the bank statements, it's just a generic 'cheque deposit'. For the ITR, Notice of Assessments in SG don't bear the employer's name.

Would a Statutory Declaration from the client company / colleague suffice? Or am I just out of luck 🙁

Hello again. Need po ba ipa-notaryo ung Statutory Declaration or Affidavit (kapalit ng Employment Reference) or tinatanggap na ung kahit pirma lng ng Colleauges + witness?

Kung di na need ng Notaryo. Ok na po ba digitally sign ng referee at witness?

Thankful for this thread as I am doing research and planning to DIY lodge my 491.

Above is my experience with total of 11 yrs 8 months as Software test Engineer and I graduated BSCS but my school is Section 3. Having that I foresee a deduction of max 6 years sa experience ko.

My Questions are:

will the years be deducted from my Company C since Company A and B is not related to the Occupation im being assessed?
As of now I don't have any proofs prepared for Company A-C (some for company C) as I know only last 10 years will be assessed and I don't have any of it as of the moment especially payslips since angtagal na. So question is, do I need to provide docs for Company A to C as well?
Lastly, what's the difference of MLTSSL and STSOL?

Kung hindi related yung occupations, imamark sya ni ACS as not relevant, so hindi ka makakaclaim ng work exp dun sa work na yun. So yes, sa Company C sya mag uumpisa magdeduct

Kung wala kang any proofs, sasabihin ni ACS na di sya maaassess dahil sa kulang na payment evidence. So, di ka rin makakakuha ng work exp sa company C kung sakali

MLTSSL - medium to long term skills list (can apply visa 189 and 190)

STSOL - short term skills list (can apply visa 190)

Usually 1-2 weeks based from my experience

yes pwede naman, pero check yung state requirement, kung possible. sa Victoria for example, isa lang ROI na active, so mamimili ka talaga if 190 or 491 aapplyan mo.

Does ACS accept pixelated pero clear naman na signature medjo pixelated digital signature as long as notarised? Thank you.

sakin dati dumating yung result after 6 weeks pa from that status.. pero last year pa yun. medyo busy lately ang ACS so baka mas matagal sa 6 weeks yung waiting time

can I ask po for those who have experience and/or who knows the answer.

I am currently in progress sa Visa 482, but there are issues with the employer so its still in progress til now (about a year na). All the works are done by the employer and in their immi account.

Questions:

Can I go ahead and apply for visa 491 on my own?
Do I have to inform the employer if I decided to go ahead for 491? I worry na baka di nila proceed ang 482 in case I informed them
