Pwede ka maglodge na ng EOI then pagnareceive mo na yung review/appeal result, iupdate mo na lang. Ibang application number naman yun.
Sa case ko nakareceive lang ako ng pre-invite after ko maupdate yung work experience with my positive appeal result. 😊

i-rerefund ba nla yung appeal payment if ever proven that yung incorrect yung previous assessment nila?
They should. I’ve had a few cases recently where I knew straight away the decision was incorrect. ACS seems to be chaotic lately as they are going through major transition. I tend to challenge the results first before any appeal…so far, in my 10 years experience, I’ve never had a client applied for an appeal. I end up turning their decisions around. I refuse to make my client resort to an appeal if I know the error is from ACS side - just out of principle.
Out of curiosity, paano nyu po chinachallenge yung result sa accessor? Pag nag response back kasi ako sa email, sobrang tagal mag reply tas hindi pa direct yung sagot, or parang iniiwasan sagutin ng maayos.
Yes, that’s the frustrating part with them lately….but I think given that they know I’m a MARA agent, they are more careful with their response as I could easily call them out - given the handful mistakes I have raised lately. They used to be very efficient, they respond straight away and the senior assessor looks into it…but that’s nit been the case lately. If we agents are frustrated, what more for those individuals.
I usually email the assessor to ask for explanation on my query if I’m not satisfied with the response I raise it to senior management and gets actioned straight away - tinututukan ko kasi yun nga super bagal sila and Minsan Magulo explanation….but with perseverance, I’m able to turn things around. By principle, I just won’t want my client to have to appeal and wait weeks for a decision when in the first place if the assessment was efficient, my client would have not been in such a predicament. Yeah extra work my end pero I just couldn’t tolerate the carelessness.
