I see so pwede po pala kahit hindi payslip ang combination for both start and end date evidences.
Just want to make things clear kung tama po pagkaintindi ko. Bale below 3 samples po ba ay valid?

Sample B
Start Date: SSS + BIR
End Date: SSS + BIR
Sample C
Start Date: SSS + BIR
End Date: Payslip + BIR

Not necessarily payslip, but that for me is most evident to prove your "paid" full-time employment. From your samples, mas comprehensive yung Sample B.
Okay din naman i-add ang Philhealth and Pag-ibig as supporting docs. Ganon ginawa ko eh, since isang table lang naman yan each. Umokay naman assessment ko. For me as long as mai-demonstrate mo nang maayos and huwag yung malilito pa yung assessor.
